All the countries around the world is now afraid and deeply worried with the spread of this virus, vaccine 12-18 months away, experts say we can only contain this virus through early detection and containment....then out of nowhere a minnow company in the UK makes a breakthrough invention in the time of need, a COVID19 test kit which specifically detects this virus, 100% reliable, and gives results in 90min, 100% validated by world best NHS, CE approved and is gold standard...!

With the FDA update yesterday, I would not be surprised if a major Pharma JVs are even a takeover approach is made in the coming days and weeks.

Just reading SYM RNS last week, I think certain countries recognise FDA approvals or guidance..this are countries in Middle East, Canada and I’m sure there are others in Africa also?

Also does this mean that all these other countries outside US (Except China), who require FDA approval will also follow this decision? This would include Canada, Middle East countries, African countries etc..

Imagine how all those investors who sold yesterday...must be feeling when they see this announcement! I would be livid right now..not nice.

Look at the title of your thread and what you’re discussing...it’s not prevalent at this infancy stage of this product. Maybe 6-9months down the line it would be a good discussion...

This is surely a gem now and what a bargain price for investors buying in on Fri. FDA approval in the bag, and said ‘expecting immediate commercial interest’!

Read it as you will but commercial deals are surely imminent and probably were conditional on FDA approval...which they have bagged now!

Agree it’s their...but the major hint here is what’s coming ‘significant quotations’ ‘high level of interest’ ‘initial sales £2.1m’ ‘talks with a number of countries’....if this doesn’t point to monumental orders potential then don’t know what is!

Why undertaking ‘evaluation process’ until next month, when we already have a 100% reliable product on our doorstep and slashes turnaround time from 4 days currently to 90min?

This appears very irresponsible and is putting people’s lives at risk considering potentially how many people can be infected in the 4 days waiting for the test results...WHO are concerned:

...and even better this being available on our doorstep..it beggars belief how PHE/NHS have taken advantage of this no brainer product good standard product...in the fight against COVID19, this product in my eyes is a must have product for every health system...as so far I am yet to see another rival this in terms of 100% reliability/90min turnaround!

So why on earth is PHE undertaking ‘an evaluation process’ when we’re on the verge of a pandemic..when in fact there is only one candidate and secondly it’s literally on your door step!

This is wasting tax payers money on a worthless exercise and worse putting people’s lives at risk by delay in diagnosis...
