NOTICE OF TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF SHORT SELLING

13 March 2020

The Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") notifies that it temporarily prohibits short selling in the following instruments and transactions under Articles 23 (1) and 26 (4) of Regulation (EU) No 236/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 March 2012.

Nature of measure:

a) short sale prohibition for shares

Scope:

a) Please see Annex 1 below for the instruments concerned

b) all UK trading venues on which the instruments are traded

c) any person irrespective of their country of residence (subject to the exemption below)

Entry into force of the measure and duration:

a) Date: 13 March 2020

b) Time: immediately

c) Duration: Until the end of the trading day on 13 March 2020

Reasons for imposing measure and evidence:

Following the action taken by CONSOB in the instruments below, the FCA is satisfied that it is necessary to take the action set out in this notice to assist CONSOB, taking into account:

a) a similar price fall in the instruments on UK trading venues

b) the volume of trading in the UK



Exemptions to the measure:

This measure does not extend to transactions undertaken by market makers who have notified the FCA of their intention to employ the market maker exemption in this financial instrument and who are included on the list maintained by ESMA of market makers permitted to use the exemption. This exception only extends to those transactions that market makers undertake as part of their market making activities.

Don’t think company can do anymore it’s the classic storm with travel restrictions, and company is now taking immediate actions...so they’re doing all the right things!

But today’s RNS addresses these and states it’s a wrong market perception, and have provisional dismissed this and to assure market are also undertaking ‘independent investigation’, now you have to ask yourself if these claims had any merit why would company make such a statement...You have to give them a benefit of doubt OR you start believing chat board /shorters or derampers alike...let’s see how this recovers tomorrow!

Also note they will be appointing an independent financial advisor...now company’s who are going under don’t make high profile appointments!

It appears this may have been a hugh over reaction compounded by general market crash today. This is nowhere near administration, read below they’ve assured and will further assure the market by undertaking an independent investigation...hugh correction tomorrow?

Following further discussions with the Company's executive management, promoter shareholders, independent auditors, and in light of meetings of the Audit Committee, the Board has been reassured that the Company has no undisclosed related-party transactions or unrecorded on or off-balance-sheet financing arrangements. Nevertheless, to provide further assurance to the Board and the market that this is the case, the Board will shortly commission an independent investigation into the Company's financial arrangements.

The Board is focused on providing transparency to the market on its financial position as soon as possible.

Said it last week, and hate to be right. Shareholders should have rejected Tranche 2...this share is warrants rich and any rise will see this exercised. In this climate where Oiler’s are getting smashed what hope do the minnow have! Hope it turns for all us holders but confidence is sucked out of this stock by Hugh warrants issue!
