Remember this just a few months ago, must have hurt EGHOS..with £750k placing + £1m conventional debt facility in place surely this is going to take off big time..JQ time for big RNS!

Now we have cancelled the EHGOF facility and put in place a more conventional debt funding facility, it will remove the overhang of continuous conversion of convertible instruments into Ordinary Shares and the dilutive effect that had. With this funding in place we will be able to focus on executing our strategy as previously outlined.

You sound like a novice, sentiments turn very quick in stock markets. Dyor a good example SYME, like this was written of went to 0.05, then sentiments changed with RNS went many baggers to 0.9 - count the baggers!

It’s a time when weak holders sell and real investors with nerves of steel hold...wish I could say that is the future!

Surely directors need to build a position if they believe in themselves otherwise OTT have money where their mouth is!

The claim is laughable after milking the company into the ground...it should get a fitting rejection from the high court..as they have a lot more sense!

If you see that EGHOS are upset after having been told to get on your bike!

These money sucking funds need to be told, confident high court judge will spell it out! How much more do they want out of ICON, they have made mega profits from this but still not satisfied lol
