Crafty alright, listed company 200p over a year ago and wants to buy out, but only been prepared to pay 7p so far!

Other Major holders won’t sell here and will block!

It looks like CEO only prepared to pay upto 7p previously which is unacceptable to major holders above 20p…will have to up his game if he wants to secure the votes before GM..only 4 working days left!

Balanced post, also think CEO will struggle…trying to acquire ~40% is near impossible when you consider he wants them at significant loss / discount!

Normally turnout will be a lot higher this is no AGM where turnout is 50% or lower this is to DELIST so big deal to all shareholders!

This is not highly likely to delist lol..this is according to their own RNS. They need 75% of the votes and they only had 35%…that’s means they are short of ~40%!

They are acquiring but nowhere near 40%, otherwise they would be singing from the roof tops!

Reckon to get the required 75%+ the SP
will need to go well into double figures for him to acquire the required. Remember majority shareholders are in 20 - 50p range if not higher. So they’re not giving up down here!

According to company website and SH list he has 9,780,254, but this contradicts with below note on website which states 1.62m?
