You referring to wrong last trading update this is not the last trading update, see 7th March RNS, where they confirm cash position gone from £3.2M to 0.9m!

Correction should be ‘+1.1m end Nov 22’ not 0.4m.

Looking again recent updates and cash position, it makes very clear of the dire position being painted and that by CEO…in last two months CEO suddenly burnt over £2.2m cash…very very naughty! Funny what greed makes people do!

End Feb 23: 0.9m + 0.4m
End Dec 22: 3.2m + 0.4m
End Nov 22: 4.4m + 0.4m
End Sept 22: 4.3m + 0.8m

Nope it doesn’t, re-listing conditions by FCA requireS a prospectus to be produced by company before 5th tranche. They are in hot water if FCA the way I read it!

One thing is clear here the CEO has stupendously put himself in an outrageous position. Greed has overtaken him and now in danger of destroying and decimating his reputation. Independent Directors here utterly useless!
