Agree it’s very much available as ‘instant listing’ than for any interested company to go through full IPO which can cost a lot more and obviously there is at least 6-12 months wait, cost associated with this which can easily exceed £1m and risk of failing..

Shambolic deal at the expense of shareholders, further ambiguity in the RNS about the £500k is also just self-defeating and shows this BoD can never be trusted…completely inept this includes the Chairman and non-exec directors!

Lessons learnt but we need to call out this CEO…he has decimated this share price for his own gain. FCA will investigate I’m sure after today and should raise red flag whichever company he works with in the future..

Hope they know who they’ve hired, a CEO who has shafted all his shareholders for personal gain…he will do the same again so if they’re reading this beware and do NOT TRUST HIM!

Remember there are many parties already interested in this business this has already been confirmed. These were never entertained as our greedy CEO wants it for himself for next to nothing.

So if they were interested at 7p, you would think they would bite your hand off at these levels or even at half the price!

Also Adam can find and return the ~£2m cash that he seems to have lost in the last few months suddenly…this needs to be investigated (and non exec Directors) for fraud or will it re-appear again just it it disappeared out of the blue….
