You’re just contradicting yourself with ‘So just to be clear if NTC don't intend holding’…you start by saying NTC have shown their hand by selling, then by the end you appear to doubt whether they will sell all. Make your mind up fella!

Surely an update is now overdue, in the interims few months ago David Levi mentioned several discussions with Global Tier 1 companies.
