Further £1.12m raised last Nov, so so over £3m raised in in just the last 6 months!

Raised £600k just a few weeks ago…not just for testing but working capital also. Testing should not have cost even a 1/4 of that, so expect they have sufficient working capital for now.

This is what Levy said before EGM last month, the creditor settlement ‘grace period’ ended 30th April…today is 15th May so why still no confirmation yet??? This is appalling comms from the CEO…next time he needs investment no ones going to believe a word he says…!

As per previous announcements, the Directors sought approval to disapply pre-emption rights on equity issues for cash, inter alia, to enable the Company to raise further funding to support the settlement of its payment obligations pursuant to the creditor settlement plan and allow the Company to progress its potential ASIC business. Under the terms of the creditor settlement plan, the Company has a 'grace' period to settle its payment obligations by the end of April 2025.

RNS update is overdue, so if it arrives…these sellers / traders selling at loss are going to be kicking themselves big time. Let’s hope MMs let them in when RNS arrives!

Very carefully worded ‘notifiable development’, this to me means is development just not ‘notifiable’ yet. This is wholly positive and suspect we will hear more shortly when they are ready..
