Crazy drop here, never seen stock to be in red 4 days straight….!

You asked me for an example…let’s not argue. We all want the same thing. This AGM RNS just tells me they see this as priority above the prospectus…should not be as you say it should just be a ticking exercise.

Well recently NFX produced in 1 day…they’ve had a week and from today RNS appears to pointing this now not being produced until agm..a month away.

All investors here, think all frustrated like I said earlier all others have produced prospectus within days. Here they’ve got the money and now RNS for AGM - 1 month away..when they should be addressing prospectus which they promised last week.

…also Levy has told us TSP / outstanding creditor settlement blocker in negotiations with vendors. So now the settlement has cleared the path to conclude these negotiations as it removes any doubts the vendor may have of its survival..

…because share all time low, and priced to fail. CEO on his last legs, so Levy reputation/job on the line..remember resolution to funding only approved tentatively at 2nd attempt / last minute!

They raised £800k, only needed around £400k or less for creditor settlement…so your post is nonsense really lol…read RNS for clarity!

Think it’s more down to the bod, they should have made better progress by now…look at other shares in the space have raised little but made big strides. BoD seem hell bent on filling coffers with cash that progress…hope I am wrong!

Surely market getting frustrated and hates delays…which is what today’s AGM RNS is eluding to. MMs on the other hand are manipulating sp like crazy, and then dropping like a stone..so have to be careful here.

This was what CEO said on securing funding and the significance of Full & Final Creditor Settlement….this is absolutely crucial and enabler to progress and conclude the contract talks..

“.."With all the constraints of being a company operating under a creditor arrangement, we continued to invest millions of dollars in R&D during 2024 to expand on our product development offering and succeeded in gaining interest in our UEP-2025 product from leading and Tier-1 telecom OEM vendors, that invested months in testing our product, as detailed in our 2024 Trading Update.

"Exiting the creditor settlement arrangement will be a milestone for the Company as it is a critical step towards strengthening the Company's financial position, restoring supplier and partner confidence, and improving overall operational flexibility.

"Based on our ongoing discussions with the four wireless vendors, and given the strong level of engagement and interest, I believe that, subject to securing continued funding support, the Company will be well-positioned to successfully transform its business operations and execute its strategic plan to become a semiconductor company."

‘2 min’ lol..Brown appointed on 22nd April…so now 5 weeks ago. Apart from raise like crazy they’ve made little progress. Today’s RNS very disappointing..so we now have to wait for AGM before prospectus…is what they’re saying ? Market has reacted accordingly.

Since the Ai RNS, many RNS now issued but all for funding…it appears they’ve taken advantage of the situation to fill their pockets…hope not, but this is what it’s looking like more and more. Mr Brown has pedigree, but has done very little since!

Let’s hope not…but very suspect RNS to issue this before prospectus…what are we missing?

Absolutely ‘many so called garbage’ stocks have managed many baggers…whereas this has survived from verge of going bust…can’t even mange 20%!

On the cards, reckon break 3 we should see a massive re-rate!

A big clue in the last sentence of what’s coming (never had to add) is it hint as company are literally saying they are making material progress with these contracts…surely with creditor settlement this should act as enabler to get these done?

This is priced to to fail, so survival is not even priced in yet!

Should have been a major re-rate today, as the company has turned a corner…remember it was the verge of going bust last month, this RNS now confirms survival and funds available to secure major contracts!

If you history here, then you will know how big RNS this is…creditor final settlement is the enabler for future contracts. With this hanging over the neck of the company for last few years, there was no way it would win major contracts…onwards and upwards. Hopefully Levy will deliver now, no more excuses!
