The Board of Argentex notes recent media speculation and confirms that on 6 June 2025 it received a highly preliminary non-binding proposal ("the Proposal") from Lavide Holding N.V. (and not Haerlem Capital as has been reported), a Euronext listed financial holding company with a current market capitalisation of c.€3 million, to make an equity investment in Argentex through the issuance of newly issued shares in order to obtain a 50% equity interest in the Company for a cash consideration of £2.5m.

That surely is to test the waters, they’re interested and that is the point…expect an improved offer!

When he came in stock was 13-14p….since then stock battered pillar to post now at 0.5p !!. Not a CEO, Ms Elena and BoD must take decisive action and get rid and get CEO who has pedigree..
