Could anybody tell me, please why stamp duty is charged when buying Kibo Energy shares, which are listed on the AIM market?

Yesterday at 16.28 a buy of 12M at 0.07 worth £8,400 not reported by LSE, but showing on ADVFN. Not all the trades are being shown by LSE, which can be very misleading.

Cap is now less than £2.5m, it's less than you can pay for some of the houses in London. If you were the highest bidder for the GSPC stake in Cambay, would you complete the deal or considering what has happened in the last 2 months, lose the deposit and walk away? I f you ask me, I would most certainly lose the deposit and walk away.

The next question is, if the bidder was to walk away, does the GSPC stake automatically transfer to Oilex or Oilex will again start legal proceedings against GSPC. It'll be great if we automatically get the 55% transferred to us, but if it means starting legal proceedings again, then I'm afraid I will have to be saying goodbye to my investment in Oilex.

It has been 2 months since it was announced that there was a winning bidder. Stock markets have tumbled since then, the crude price has suffered badly, 2 months ago, it was possible to sell properties, but now unless you want to sell it at a give it away prices, there are no buyers. People are scared to take any big financial decisions. Property transaction does not happen quickly in India. The winning bidder may want to decide not to proceed with the purchase. If that happens and Oilex does not get paid from GSPC for the overdue cash calls, will Oilex automatically get to own the GSPC share of Cambay for free?

The way I see it is if they have not paid the required sums and guarantees for future payments, we get rest of Cambay, a great Victory for Oilex.

On the other hand, if they have found the money to pay and provide guarantees for the future, that too is a great victory for Oilex.

So it matters not what the RNS says today, for Oilex it is a Win Win situation. MM’s may drop the sp at the open if monies have come in, but over the next 6 months Oilex will make rich those who are invested in it and burn the fingers of those who decide to short it.

30 crore rupees (US$4,200,000) plus all that they already owe to OEX for previous cash calls and also need to pay towards the ongoing costs. As at 31 March 2018, gross unpaid cash calls remaining outstanding from GSPC totalled approximately US$5,700,000.

So the total cash that GSPC needs to cough up is well over US$10,000,000 before they can ask for arbitration. I doubt very much being an almost defunct company, they can manage to find that kind of money. But even if they do manage to deposit US$10 million, one thing is clear that OEX will get all the monies owed and also gets paid for ongoing cash calls.

I think we will get the 55% transferred to us as Christmas present.
