Perhaps they've been made an offer as a delisted company as that is less hassle for a buyer.

If this is the case. I wonder what the value will be. Their IP for sensors has to be worth something.

Laura.. do you think intention to delist to bring price crashing. Allow someone or larger holder to buy up shares cheap for larger stake. Vote to delist. Goes private. Sells off company in chunks to make profit.

Is that suggesting there is on going revenue from it or that the lump sum was and is the only singular fee received?

Is it possible that Samsung will use Nanoco IP for sensing? There's obviously talk of Apple, and Shoei have given a clear path to Nanoco, allowing them the to "use Shoei IP".
