Along similar lines Billy, I'm hoping that once the dosing of the initial 24 psoriasis patients begins, it'll very soon become apparent how effective it is and that the trial will be closed down quickly to facilitate a much wider group. It's the kind of condition where it will be obvious either that there has been a significant improvement or that there hasn't. Here's hoping anyway.
Unless I'm missing something, all their previous investor engagement has been stateside, so nothing different to previous years.
what's your ******* problem? this is a share discussion forum where people can express an opinion, but as usual some troll comes along & takes the ****. what are you adding to the debate ********?
I'm still forecasting c. 60p but happy to be proved wrong. Suspect they'll want to retain their dividend-paying investments for as long as possible, so will probably be disposing of the rump initially which might not yield too much (c. 10p?).
??
How else do you expect them to return capital to shareholders in a managed winddown? This is standard practice. At least by issuing & buying back/cancelling B shares there's no chance of investors missing deadlines, it'll all be done automatically with no shareholder action required.
Good to see John Reader has eventually committed c.£22k of his own hard-earned to the raise, had been very concerning that he didn't appear to be participating.
Ah go on Father.
It's not the negativity that's the issue with the likes of PUMA/Robin/KATFLAP, it's the abuse of long-term posters that goes with it. I'm all for a balanced view on here, it should be encouraged, but I will not tolerate abuse & disruption from non-shareholders with no interest whatsoever in this share.
Colbalt, people on here have been calling for Parker to get his "little black book" out & contact anyone likely to buy shares here, maybe those 9.55m have been placed with HNWI's or similar who responded to his call?
Wonder what the "use by" date will be on the new batch? Suspect we might get one more delivery of the July 24 batch on our subscription deliveries, then we'll see after that.
The RNS doesn't specifically confirm that all requests have been met in full but that's certainly the implication, based on posts from wolfie, Mafuta etc. Well done everyone! Great result for SAR too, raised nearly as much from PI's as the II placing!
Oh, interesting. Perhaps I've got it wrong then. I'm sure they said shares wouldn't be allocated until tomorrow at the earliest. Anybody else picking this up?
You haven't got anything yet wolfie. AJ Bell have just created a placeholder with the shares you've applied for, separate to your existing holding, same as the other brokers have or will. You'll have to wait until tomorrow at the earliest to find out your actual allocation.
OK thanks Jaxon, missed that bit. This is turning into a sorry saga with no likelihood of either an early or successful outcome for API holders. Thanks, whichever II's voted against the excellent CREI proposal.
Ha ha, I've got a much clearer picture now Warty! Glad to hear they're getting you sorted out, they'll have you up & out of bed before you know it. Hope that news here in the next few days/weeks will help speed your recovery.
Anybody else got a picture in their minds of Warty being wheeled down to theatre, bowler hat slightly tilted, cigar alight & giving victory signs to nurses in the corridor? No? Just me then...
Oh ok, thanks sog. Not sure what the "81k allocated to myself" comment means though?
Oh, make that 11.5 - 12. This could really break out in the next couple of hours
Spread 11 - 12 now & volume rising, bodes well for both parts of the fundraise.
Hope you make a speedy recovery Warty & soon back here posting. K
Suspect the current buyers are new holders looking to pick up more cheap shares via the Wrap offer before it closes.
