Very true Jan, fear is the easiest driver on the market, I’m sure this period of doom and gloom will turn round and we might see Brent at yearly highs again soon, be back to “oil is going to $100”

A few good days, mixed in with a repairer spike will do very nicely! We are definitely overdue one, maybe we might get a few in a row ! Lol you never know !

We need to climb back above 37p and then we should get back into the 40’s reasonably quick as we get closer to the News regarding K acceptance, we all know it’s coming !

Enq always lags behind unless it’s a down day then we are out the blocks like a whippet on speed !

So are we going into a period of lower oil prices to please Trump and Putin ? The US not helping themselves increasing production each month ! If opec raise production this month then Brent will fall into the 60’s quickly!

Auson why do you think the Mcaps of most mid cap oillies haven't recovered even with the price of oil climbing well above the highs of 2015 and 16 but the Share Prices haven't followed ?

Agreed, Magnus is the way forward, the sale of 20% will put Enq in a much better position, I certainly would feel much better if AB pulls that off. Onwards and upwards.

I know that but when that K was given the thumbs up by Enq and its partners oil was at a much higher price ! Also costs were higher back then so $400m would in todays climate would be well received. Maybe AB will pull off a master stroke and find someone willing to pay a higher price but I doubt it.

20% would need to be at the right price otherwise as stated AB will not sell. $400m would be well received

20% sale of K for the right price will be a huge bonus for the company and it can use the cash to pay down a chunk of debt and take 100% of Magnus risk free. That would boost the company share price up into the 60's straight away in my opinion !

Morning Epiphany, I believe the only reason for the 20% farm out is just the risk factor of having all our eggs in 1 basket, The market needs to see less risk,( just in case anything went wrong with K it wouldn't take to company down.) I think once AB can complete on the rest of the magnus deal and the workovers raise production levels on our other assets the risk would be marked down as considerably lower to keep the full percentage of K. We are a growing company and once the market will react to that fact and that's why I see a much bigger profit to be had here rather than he likes of Tullow or PMO !

Looks like this is more bullish than the trade spat is bearish! Oil price to rise tomorrow!

OPEC agree to maintaining the cuts and keeping the prices around $80 making sure investment within the sector is maintained to hold off a supply deficit causing oil to spike !

Mo do you remember what the target production rate was for Scolty/Crathes ? I can’t remember ?
