Its just daily share price movement, the MM is trying to make a market that's it, low volume the price will be moved up and down trying to raise the amount of trades that's how the MM makes his/her money. They can also buy/sell as many shares as they like.
Patience wins over all ! Most PI Traders lose or don't make a profit as the market relies on impatience and panic selling.
