I'm sure Shale will start to reduce production rates next year, wall street has sent them a clear warning and finally they are taking notice. They only need to reduce production by 10% and that will push oil prices high enough to return good profits and also prolong their reserves. That in turn will give the economy a boost providing oil price don't exceed $80. Its a no brainer.
