If that were the case Hitman why on Gods earth would any of the directors buy any Shares. The market needs to know what to expect over the next few years, Dividends have to be a target for the future and must be discussed tomorrow.

Romaron I've asked IR that question many times but never once did I receive a layman's answer so I doubt that could do that now.

I was hoping for some market positive anticipation for tomorrow's update but sadly not even a sniff yet.

I just want to know what the aim is for the next 5 years, Enq have only focused on K and all the problems that come with it and the biggest hurdle of surviving low oil prices, now we seem to have those issues behind us and we are focusing on debt reduction for 2020 I want to know what's beyond that.

I asked IR if they managed to hedge after the attacks and yes they did but not into 2020.

Morning DD thank god I've been let out the cage. When we covered this last time I actually spoke to IR to confirm our Major shareholders, I even asked if AB would consider taking the company private (Silly I Know but if you don't ask you don't get) The response I got wasn't clear cut. Here it is - The directors have a duty to act in the interests of their shareholders. Our CEO is our largest holder and our management teams are also rewarded to some extent on the basis of share price performance through their long term incentive plans, so clearly aligned to improve our share price performance.

DD AB and Double A limited have a combined 10.12% not 20%

This is either still way overpriced or the likes of PMO, Enq and the other mid cap oillies are way underpriced ..... which is it

So he needs the other 19.88% before making a offer.

Pelle, I would be over the moon if that were to happen - Even if we do give a great CMD and TU I can see the brokers twisting it into a negative again. It’s been very one sided from them for the last few years and I can’t see them changing even if we forecast $600m debt reduction for 2020 with Brent averaging $60.
