Didn't know the history of ARB. Have just looked at their chart and they went from 5p in October 2020 to 285 in February 2021 - absolutely incredible !

Yes of course they can't comment on as yet unknown future sanctions. As has been the case for months and months and months only a clear RNS with news of a sale will move this significantly north, and I can't see anyone agreeing to complete a sale in the current uncertain circumstances. Give it a month or two to see how things pan out. So another month or two of cheap shares to be had, if anyone is interested.

It is a dilution, but only 6 million new shares out of a total of 1,327 million. Not sure what that is as a percentage but its pretty tiny.

No, but good that contractors still apparently happy to be paid in shares (though they got them at quite a discount to today's price)
