The RNS of 18 December stated Raphael had 92 million shares on 15 December. If he plans to sell the lot, then if shifts says 4 million a day that's 23 days. It is now about 12 days since the RNS, so maybe in just two weeks he will at last be out ?

He bought over £65k worth between Xmas and New Year, and posted this on 29 December : "I want at least £250k in here sub 2p". Times running out my main man (or at least that's what Massive and AHS say !).

They raised £847,000 only 2 months ago - they shouldn't need to be scrimping on RNSs just yet !
