I think the BoD probably do. But they won't tell us of course.

A low sp benefits the buyer because they don't need to pay so much to buy the company. It doesn't benefit the shareholder because they get less per share than if the sp was higher. Not rocket science.

2 pepperoni for £10 is pretty good. At least we know what is being sold.
