I Disagree BBN, crikey never thought I would say that. BEE have no say over cash or Indeed any other individual asset. They are entitled to their share of any dividend or proceeds should the company be sold. They are no more entitled than you, me or Alfacomp et al. Management might well listen to them on dividend policy but that is all.

BBN the growth plans you rightly talk about are for the company inclusive of minority interests so ALL the cash is available to the company. As I pointed out the BEE Owe the acquisition monies to Bushveld also.

Faramog I respect your opinion & would be delighted to receive a dividend as all my wealth is in here. However I don’t expect it next year.

Earliest date possible for a dividend is September 2021after the December 2020 year end is audited & signed off. That is how it should be, a dividend next year with all that is going on would be irresponsible of the BoD so get used to it.

Absolutely, the Aim market is not so much short sighted as blind. I am gradually coming to terms with the likelihood that the SP will not catch up with the company progress until the idiots see the dividend. That could conceivably be September 2021 so brace yourselves for the wait continuing, though hopefully not I was 68 at the weekend.

Pat when one observed that Bushy already has the cash in its coffers it seems likely, as I posted out some time ago, that Fortune is keen to pay as much as possible from our own cash. This explains 31 October being a middle road between us generating more cash in readiness & getting cracking on Vanchem. I wonder what stockpiling has being on there? Anyone else remember the windfall at Vametco?
