After a bit of research I have his e-mail and I am sending him an e-mail inviting interest in the Bushveld perspective and if I may I shall put him in touch with Alfacomp for authoritative information upon the subject matter
Sorry all,
ERROR
the s ums were wrong .
Market cap 1.2billion x £0.17=£204million x 1.38 to go to dollars=281520000
Even so still grossly grossly undervalued.
So , still buy now while cheap
Apologies for the error
Lawyers always cr*p at maths
Sammy,
You ain't no ramper. You are just saying what every sensible investor knows. This share is grossly under value and is about to fly with the growth in demand for Vanadium carrying through into the price of V products . Let us not forget that our digging up of the stuff costs circa $20 a kilo Ad 20% to be a pessimist , so costs $24 a kilo. Sale price now circa $36 a kilo , so 12x 4320x1000=nearly $52million at worst
Plant itself is worth , what?, $500 million.
FM said 4320 in his recent interview as the likely production .
Market cap 1.2billion x £0.17x 0.72 ( to convert $ to £ )=£210528000
So without any PE add in , re the upcoming profit , this share is already half -price. Add in a P/e ration of as little as 4 and youare adding $208 million x.72 = approx £150 million and each share is TODAY at less than one third of its proper value.
I am no professional valuer , nor a ramper , just a patient investor.
AND remember that FM has indicated 8200 tons in a couple of years time .
I can wait-just wish I had more money to put in , but I am just a poor old retired ( sort of) lawyer.
Buy now while stocks last at this stupidly cheap price
Skibba, If apple want batterypower in California itwill have to be VRFB as lithium-bombs are nt permitted
Libero,
Also preferable to have diversity of IIs rather than one big one as they will not , surely dump on the rest of us the way Duferco, as of course was their right, did.
Onwards and there is no way other than upwards, not to Narnia , but to great profit for the company of shareholders
I forgot to say that the snippet was from an interview with the apparently world renowned ensrgy storage expert,
Professor Doctor Ted Roberts- so it must be right

Where there is an article-click on the picture- in which there is this pure gold nugget-
9. Can you make any (unbiased) predictions for the future of vanadium flow batteries and their potential for technological advances?
With the increasing implementation of renewable generation, there is a rapidly growing market for stationary energy storage. Based on the advantages discussed above, vanadium flow batteries are expected to play an increasing role in these applications during the coming decades. The cost of the technology is reducing, and this will be essential for the application of vanadium flow batteries. Reducing cost can be achieved by innovations in battery design and materials to enhance performance and reduce the size and cost of the battery. A secure supply chain for lower cost vanadium suitable for the flow battery technology is also needed.
10. The battery the University of Calgary purchased from StorEn is the same size as their residential battery. StorEn managed to package this technology in a small scale for residential applications. Do you see any advantages to use vanadium in place of lithium in a residential setting
One concern with lithium batteries is the fire hazard they can present. Vanadium flow batteries are safer, as the energy is stored in water, and so there is no fire risk. In addition, the reliability and stable performance, including with deep discharge, is another advantage for residential applications. The design of small-size vanadium flow batteries with storage capacity of 5 hours or more will likely be attractive for residential applications, especially for integration of local solar generation.
BOOM
Never posted a long message before so apologies for the break.
The bbBoD WILL do what can be done when it is the right time -ie get off Aim, when capital expenditure is no longer needed as much for growing the business there will be dividends. Maeanwhile kep the faith .
The SP sucks! Let us hope that as , as is now just beginning the world realises that VRFBs are better than Lithium fire-bombs, the world and his wife will , in this upcoming Mining boom back our little company gradually more and more. The SP will rise and probably dramatically and we all hope and expect soon.
Right that's my expression of my view of where we are tody. Sermon over

Any attempt to take over BMN or indeed to spin out any subsidiary-ie BE-wouldneed majority shareholder approval.
To obtain majority approval with the shareholder structure of BMN -the huge preponderance of individual shareholders- would require a very deep pocketted institution buying up a sufficient number of shares to procure a 75% majority vote-as I understand the law in such matters. How would any party procure such a majority? There are hardly any major shareholdings in BMN to be acquired at a stroke, so any institution wishing to buy would have to grow their stake through purchasing shares in the ordinary market where rules require disclosure when more than -is it- 3% of the company's shares are held. I do not know but suspect that subsequent declarations of any holding would also have to be made. Thus we would all be alerted and none of us with sense ( and Time) would sell . Result the SP would rise to such a degree that to buy us the bidder would have to spend a greatly disproportionate amount as compared to the actual and potential value of the company-hugely but hugely above the present measly share price.
Thus BMN is impervious to takeover unless and until the SP accurately reflects the value of the company and ordinary shareholders are of the view that there will be no further accretion in value and so be prepared to sell.
At present we are a million miles away from the SP reaching a level at which ordinary shareholders will be convinced the company's share has reached its true value and so we are secure against any take-over, in my opinion .
How do the BoD reward ordinary shareholders then? Presently not at all because we are all together backing a vision , albeit a vision which is well underwitten and asset backed ( at present SP level-£600million per plant and we have more than one or even perhapstwo, if multikiln means more than one plant).
The BoD reward us by doing what they are doing -growing the fundamental business in a world of steadily increasing demand for our raw product. Softly softly the company is progressing , from making a trading loss last year (even if with revaluation and fancy accounting it appeared to be an overall profit) to making substantial trading profit this year and even more substantial in years to come. So one has to have patience.
Trust the board. Keep the faith!
Yes it is long overdue that we get off this joke market of AIM.
Fortune has said he will do something about the share price. Trust him to deliver-he has so far.
Rome was not built in a day! Nor can the company wave a wand and become listable immediately given the last lot of figures and the absence of tangible progress from BE-which will undoubtedly come Nikomarov is the VRFB tsar! Top man!
Well placed to benefit when the wave we are just short of the crest of becomes a huge surf ride!
When the BOd can , they will. They have more shares than most of us and they are not in it for just the salary! They share our pain at the wait
Pdub.
Been here a while. SPgoes up . SPgoes down. SPbounces about aggravatingly low.
But throughout your positive approach to BMN has been an inspiration to us all
And now your news that you are stabilising health wise is more inspiring and important.
Can only say thank you for your fortitude on all fronts! GND and you must be so happy to see 120+ supporters here. I look forward to a celebration shared with you when the SP finally reflects the true value of this great little company.

friend had scrape due to injection...
Was it a vauxhall Astra?
Hope we do not suffer collateral damage when the s**t hits their fan!

Makes one suspicious about the recent presentation by the two muppets, and their punting of FAR.
One wonders what price the divorcee director will get for his shares -if anything!!! and what price might he have had if that presentation had truthfully assessed the lack of viability of the FAR resource. Or am I seeing sub-plots where there are none. Being on AIM one begins to trust no-one save authoritative posters on this BB.

After much criticism of poor PR , suddenly much news!
First there was the quasi prospectus of a few days ago.
Now up pops a newsletter in my inbox- I shall post the link below.
Such newsletter is worth working your way through.
At the end , under seeking Alpha ( which i cannot help but feel would be better spelt for this company were it Alfa!) you get the following link -apologies if already posted, (but if so I missed it) https://seekingalpha.com/article/4409905-vanadium-miners-news-for-month-of-february-2021
The news letter link -I guess you will all have it , but I want to assist Libero who should not be the only one banging the drum- info@bushveldminerals.com
There is definitely something , if not imm...., afoot!
KN
VERY strong buy.
Reads like a prospectus prior to a float
Is something , as one fears to say, imminent?
KN
We have been told they plan, this year, to underpromise and over deliver , so do not seek just now. Ye will find a lot later.
KN
Hitherto all they seemed to be able to see was Lithium batteries/bombs!!
Interesting the following popped into my inbox this afternoon-
Long-duration storage applications across global markets is certainly a hot topic and the race is on to create a conducive environment for adoption of these types of technologies, from flow batteries, to flywheel, thermal energy storage, liquid air and more.
We focused on long duration and disruptive technologies in depth at the Energy Storage Summit 2021 last week, and it’s a topic we’ll be bringing into focus again at the Energy Storage US Summit later this month.
The Summit will foster discussion around key topics highlighting the most promising long-duration storage technologies which are emerging in the country, and where to look for them. We will also discuss regulatory barriers and how experts believe they can be tackled to create a positive environment for these technologies.
How Far Off Are We from Viable Long-Duration Storage?
• What promising long-duration storage technologies are emerging in the country?
• Where are the markets that are leading the charge in this area?
• Is the best approach combining technologies to stack revenues?
• Vanadium flow – the next big thing?
• Innovative targets to procure long duration storage by community-choice aggregators in California
They seem at last to have dsicovered the benefits of Vanadium Flow non-exploders! If word gets out in the USA the rest of the world will follow and what will that do for demand for V, I wonder?
L S .
I for one am very grateful to you for your informative posts.
In the absence of information from other areas your postings are greatly reassuring when the SP behaves contrarily
KN
Nice one Floyd! How many read down to the end?- I paste as follows
Indeed, the battery trend is bigger even than Texas. To invest in it, it’s best to apply a global perspective, says Lucas White, portfolio manager at GMO, who manages $1.1 billion in natural resources strategies and has generated 23% annualized returns the past five years. He sees better returns ahead for the companies that supply the raw materials that go into batteries rather than those that sell the finished product.
I wonder if he has heard of Bushveld and if not why not? If so why does one big seller outweigh this guys interest and comments?
Patience is my bond!
KN
Weird how grumbles get recommends, but Libero's summary only 18.
OK he has repeated it nearly ad nauseam, except I never get sick of seeing it in the absence of ANY PR at all by the company. With the V price where it now is I am sure Fortune could spare £1million on a decent publicity campaign which would not only render happy LTHs but might also wake up the world and attract IIs . But I fear unless we escape this Mickey Mouse market and its bent makers we will carry on languishing and even £1million would not help.
Come on Fortune , you have pulled rabbits out of the hat before ! Time to pull a different market and a PR campaign out of your hat, to bang our very good drum !
