Mr. Vale is currently Vice President of Sales and is responsible for the company’s relationships with the main telecom operators in Brazil.

Prior to joining BTC, Mr. Vale launched sales efforts for Cambridge Broadband Networks as its head of sales in Latin America and Brazil.

From June 2008 until April 2011, Mr. Vale served as a Service Sales Manager of Huawei do Brasil and focused on driving new unbundled services contracts with the major carriers in Brazil. Mr. Vale achieved success with Huawei and signed contracts with all of the major carriers, generating revenues of $180 million in 2010.

Prior to Huawei, Mr. Vale spent 12 years working with Telefonica Brasil where he focused on network design, quality and user experience. From 2005 to 2008, Mr. Vale led his group to the #1 ranking in terms of network quality and user experience in the entire company.
