They have to be competitive.
This company is starting all over again and needs to be respectful on prices right now to start good customers relations and open the right doors.
Once they have enough on the go, all projects have gone to plan and are operational. This will make potential customers down the line feel confident.
Then when they have multiple projects thrown at them to price they will surely re amend their prices. (Supply and demand)
That's just my views on how most businesses will operate at the beginning to build a portfolio.
