Just did a dummy sell for 1.2kvalue just to see latest price and offered a negotiated offer, for such a few amount of shares have not seen that before.

I noticed that even when the update on drilling activity comes out there has been no mention of the second drilling unit that was planned, has this been forgotten about or is there other things going on in the background ?

A JV or sale would be personally be great for me as large holding at a small buy in price so would be multiple returns.

Well hopefully that’s us away to break through the 0.2 resistance point as well due, can personally see a JV / farm out agreement upcoming very soon for a portion of our land , eg : $30m good will gesture and a 20% further loyalty .

Giving us cash stability so can continue with a lot more test drills and getting the likes of Melton or other a taste of the pie for a big future buy out on all our resources in the future.

Then gives us funding to continue on our test drills and financial stability.

What also gives me confidence in the management team of Rock is the regular RNS they are putting out, the first 2 drills not completed but explanation to issues and their program forward.

I have invested in many companies that should be sending out regularly RNS and not and due to this confidence in share slowly crashes.

I really think we are on a winner and hopefully in the coming months the RNS news will be substantially rewarding that the share price has a rerate, this is what I am expecting.

Wow, if results come back from the laboratory that there is germanium and a decent amount resources in a RNS, we will be suspended immediately and reopen with many multiple of this price.

Then the big companies will want to buy out asap and would be willing to write basically blank checks for this. Even without the germanium finding we should be a lot higher than this price but if proved then 1-2p would be peanuts compared to what could be.

Fingers crossed.

The looks of things they have started with drilling the area with the most potential, I just hope the easier drilling areas are not a bit of a let down as far as future findings.

But even if they can show potential with the future drilling then at least our investor will be willing to further commit more $$,

Don’t make no difference to me as still holding and maybe top up more if price declined, but the last couple of RNS I feel is hopefully for a raise in share price as they require funds in the future.

I know they got the funds previously but maybe require a top up prior to the completion of the drilling program. Am hoping for buy backs per share and not a loan or dilution but let’s wait and see what the next few weeks hold.

Whatever anyone in at this price or lower is in the money in the future.

Unfortunately the truth is Leon’s great ideas haven’t come to play and still trying to sort out the ingredients to his cake, meanwhile 4 years later the share price has dropped considerably and he still holding the baking tray, which unfortunately is always being topped up by the trusted share holder.

If he would only come out tomorrow with the exact plans forward and how they are going to be achieved, then ok maybe a little icing on the cake , but unfortunately so many ifs and buts and the technology we thought we had above others that years ago and what made us invest thinking WOW I have hit the jackpot is a sinking ship.

Just how many chances does someone get ?

And another massive query I have is exactly how much of Leon salary has he invested into the company, which lets face it he was and is the major engineer for them ?

I am invested in other smaller stocks but the CEO has personally heavily invested into also and gives you that little bit of extra comfort.

What am seeing is Much his ideas and gets a nice salary win / loss and gets shares for next to nothing , he can and is experimenting with share holders money, which yes the first couple of years we all understood the risk, once again will say this company is not dead and buried and may well invest again in the future BUT ?

Serious question When was the last time Jubilee put out a positive RNS that ended up correct in completion?

I have been in and out of jubilee for years and always coming out with future great predictions, but to my knowledge have never hit 1.

Every excuse used but never a good correction into there scenario on how to sort the issues , and then the multiple funds raised to sort these issues and still no proper explanation on where they are going wrong.

I personally still think they have a chance of success but Leon has to go, far to many false promises over the years and I understand it was a start up new exploration idea In it’s time but years have passed and all can see the faith in the loyal few in this company is now fading.

Anyone that has been in Tower for a while have seen many fake 1 day bouncing in the price up 10 - 20%, but this time this has come over a period of 1 week of heavy buying, hopefully good news to follow soon and a nice rerate and not once again this time next week worrying about hitting the 20s again.

Come on TRP give us a nice juicy RNS to shut all that doubters up 😆

Well guys haven’t bothered posting as knew nothing much would be happening for a bit on here, but hopefully start getting the buzz back into this share when we start getting some drilling results through in the next couple of weeks.

Still holding my 35m shares and although sometimes wish I sold some a month ago to rebuy into this lower , was not so easy as 2 lots of ISA as bought into the lows a year ago. Anyway hears hoping we are top of the blue leader board again soon. And many happy chatting going on😃

I am also invested in Tower resources, and was lucky with that one as bought in at low and already holding a nice profit there, and if going to plan could be also a multi bagger but I feel is a bit higher risk than Rockf, but was heavily invested in COPL and had a multiple billion barrel find but corruption behind the scenes and lost the lot over night. I work in the oil and gas sector so commodity shares and drilling I have a bit of knowledge about .

Why is selling some of my shares for a full return of my initial investment and have profit on top CRAZY ? When reaching 1p and sell some I will still have a holding of 200k investment, I have unfortunately been burned badly before thinking I am on a once a lifetime share and next thing left with next to pennies. Maybe you a very wealthy man and would be willing to risk over 300k on a single share without slicing any profits but I rather take 100k out which can invest in other shares and still have a large FREE holding here. But everyone to there own , we all in to make profit and some people risk / reward levels are higher than others.

If this goes to 5p as mentioned I will be a millionaire with remaining stocks invested and still have the 100k I sold at 1p

I agree that once drilling results are in the big fish will all be wanting to buy us out on many multiples of current price, but I still want to get my investment back with a nice return on top, so I sell 33% of my stock just prior to 1p then will still have nearly 25 million in shares, which if comes good then I could come a wealthy retired man soon, BUT if unfortunately for unseen circumstances goes South then at least I have still made a healthy profit.

What a excellent past week of trading and looks like only the start of the rise . I am not selling any at present and have a 6 figure sum with profit investment, my plan is to sell 33% of my holdings just prior to 1p and then will not only have a full return on my investment but a nice pay off on top of this . Then hopefully by the end of the year we start getting the start of drilling results back and if positive as we all hope/ think then will hopefully retire early.

All we need is the drilling license and a fixed date for rig to be on location, then we should see this shooting straight up to 0.1+, but really need this RNS in the next couple of weeks or unfortunately maybe more delays for the drilling program and will be pushed to the start of next year, which then could cause further issues with rig as may have to get a replacement and then unfortunately more cash would have to be raised.

I am heavily invested in here and in a nice bit of profit, and held for long enough now so certainly not selling any as do think this share will come good at some point, especially when the CEO himself is heavily invested in this company which is a major positive thing.

Anyway we can only wait and hope that news comes soon.

Come on the Rock, hopefully holds that for today and 30k better off today so far, but not selling any as will be a major multi bagger in the near future.

I am in just absolute shock, when I seen the RNS this morning I would have bet my holdings that there would have been a nice rise today. Do people understand that you have to get the personal and drilling equipment on sight to drill ? A month until we start drilling is excellent news and can only hope the people who have sold this morning miss out on a major rerate in the near future here.
