The smart money cashed out of here weeks ago.
PHE enjoyed the initial hype and euphoria earlier year when it was pumped to an unsustainable level.
Its not hard to sell a concept but its hard to deliver on one.
For PHE the taking time is over, now its time to deliver and I think they will struggle.
