Many moons ago Mitchells & Butlers told its staff to come back to work or we will close the factory, think the dispute was about heat in one of the buildings, the workers called Mitchells & Butlers bluff, the workers got a shock when the factory was levelled and think new houses were built?

The good UK truck stops are always full, some booked in advance...................
Some unloading in UK has been a case of waiting hours for the last 25 years, some places refuse to unload you if you're 15 mins late arriving, this is sometimes the case when no other trucks are waiting to unload another reason for 15 hour days.........
If you write a detailed list of how to improve matters, the management say you're just making trouble you're only paid to drive not paid to think.........

A waste of time for some driver's five Sundays every 5 years for me, the last one on the medical side was good the instructor was an ex Army medic, the rest was a waste of time for me as I used to teach it.............. LOL
