Russia is using brent for valuation. Theirs economy is based on oil. They might go bust, and then all markets will suffer. Uncharted waters.

This opec cartel can not be trusted, only thing which can create cuts is limitation of the production due to economic reasons. Lots of companies will be willing to keep it in the ground rather then selling for such low prices.

Woodstock it is not about us being positive but about most of the traders.
What are the chances that those dealing oil contract will be positive today -a day after oil went negative?

I think it is clear now, brent is going from hero to zero today...

This is the crisis. Lack of confidence to hold any oil contract by traders. WTI is chasing Brent now, at 16.4$

June contract at 21.9 is lower than current price at 22.3

Both are sliding down, had to edit price while writing..

Brent is going down, now 22.6. I can sense panic sells.
