Streams Argentina revenue months ahead of target. US$14,000 billed in first month
Mobile Streams plc, the AIM quoted mobile content and data intelligence company, is delighted to announce that its LiveScores Argentina service generated over $14,000 in revenue for the Company from the approximately 6,000 downloads in October alone. This is significantly more than the Company expected for its first month of service. The higher than expected revenue arises from greater take up than anticipated in the market. The Company believes this is extremely encouraging as it continues to grow the service.
Current downloads for the LiveScores Argentina service are approximately 10,000 and continuing to grow at a much faster rate than initially anticipated.
As previously announced, income is generated for MOS, not through downloads, but through a mixture of affiliate revenue share with Quanta Media Group ("QMG") and subscription payments via the current MOS billing contract with Movistar. It is estimated that the vast majority of revenue generated from the Argentina service will be from affiliate revenue share. Affiliate revenue occurs when a lead generated from the LiveScores service is sold to another organisation which will then market its service or product to the lead. All affiliate revenue share generated will be paid into the MOS UK account and therefore will not incur any currency related risks sometimes associated with the Argentinian market. Additional revenue from telco subscription may also be generated and will be paid into the MOS Argentina account. As with the Company's successful launch in Mexico, this service will utilise Quanta content and the Streams delivery platform.
The LiveScores platform is powered jointly through QMG's sporting score feeds and the Streams AI platform providing content.
Tim Scoffham, CRO of QMG, said:
"I am absolutely delighted with the Argentina results for October. After initially getting far more downloads than anticipated we are pleased to see this now follow though into generating far more revenue than first thought. For our first month its a great start."
Nigel Burton, Non-Executive Director, said:
"We are very pleased to be delivering these initial revenue figures for our first month operating LiveScores in Argentina. They prove the model we have works well and that the revenue follows the downloads. MOS and Quanta are working extremely well together and we look forward to continuing and deepening our collaboration."
I’ll try again!
I actually work at the power station next door to the Stallingborough site. Which is why I 1st invested on planning application approval day. Bought a few since too.
Not bought enough though!

Hi Coggy
What’s the score with BEN? Not heard about that one.
My main convictions are with GGP, luckily I made my losses here back on that one (on paper anyway).
I really don’t care…
I won’t be selling until Hav gold it being produced at Telfer!
The value here in the next couple of year has got to be above £1, surely?
And that’s without any discovery at the other GGP sites.
Yep, green energy went bust on me too, was sitting pretty on a fixed contract too!
It was strange how RR just stopped posting after Zaza’s true colours were revealed.
Many of us were took in by Zaza, I knew I never should have trusted him, as he looked very similar to an ex’s father-in-law!
I’m a bit annoyed at the SP rise today to be fair, I wanted to top up today around 16p.
LTH here, looking for nearer to £1 than it is now. Any further dips are just buying opportunities for me.
