i got cheaper shares this morning, having sold 2 spikes. i don't expect the same kind of volatility now so it's a hold for news.

but anyone can see that the small trades are just pushing the sp around... the widened spread doesthe same.

Noone waits for a price drop to get funding. this will have been sought weeks ago. the drop in price is likely existing holders selling to pick up placed shares OR placed shares being forward sold from the 7s down to the 5s.

whatever the funding price, that seals the support and then it's up from there.

Placing price might already be known, hence rounded number sells of existing share holders?

Would have thought that's because company progress, atm, is wholly dependent on FCA. GST can't even acquire their targeted assets without permission and, as FCA have already dragged their feet regarding Sandbox and stablecoin, doesn't give immediate impetus to the sp.

2nd week of April and the road still hasn't started. so, mid - end June before the first delivery... assuming everything is still good with Kastro? have to presume that, if they're fixing the road, specificially for the 40tonne trucks used by Kastro, that that non-binding deal is still on but... as we haven't had an update on six months worth of due diligence...

If it's lower it secures the future and the price might drop, VERY temporarily, and if they choose to wait on news first, the sp will spike and the placing will be higher than this but lower than the spike.

either way, be better than current level.

Just seen the same thing happen in CRTM where 40p warrants got repriced to 10p.

high warrant prices are always seen as a future indicator of where the price will get to so when they get rerated down, while it gives funds, still cheats pi's out of a predicitve future price and gifts warrant holders easier profits at pi's expense.

if the future is THAT good then should be easier to place at near premium.
