Only problem with a low placing is it would double the shares but, if they could find anyone to put up the cash, be a small price to pay for the security it'd offer.

Why place now? because the nearer to 2026 the more pressure will be applied by the funders. better to place when there's a bit of space to manoeuvre. while it'll be cheap and, possibly , cheaper, there's little risk of them just being forward sold unless for a truly awful price. if done at 20-22p i suspect it'd be bother oversubscribed AND secure the future so that any positive news would seriously motor the price.

otherwise, it's small incremental rises based on good news and any further bad news would potentially drop the sp below 20, which would be disastrous.

And i doubt any offer below 100p would be entertained at the moment... but then neither can i see anyone wanting to buy in at that price so moot.

What knowledge can you possibly have had of BoD at that time? If you can tell me anything about them, pre GST that would have been due to your investing history in other shares then i'd be fascinated. Same with Coalculus... what is it about that that woud have piqued your desire to stick your money in a penny stock that wouldn't have been better spent in... one of the 1000 other crypto currencies out there?

it was nothing more than a punt and, more than likely, based on the fact that it had been 3p, that BoD bought at 2p and you thought it was vaquely crypto. so, unless you want to divulge what your investing history was prior to May 2023, i'd be fascinated to know what other shares you've ever held that made this such a dead cert?

i wont blame you for not answering but don't tell me this was anything other than a punt at 0.5 as it was closer to bust than boom at that point, with very little going for it as far as revenue, assets, funds (hence the clns!) or anything else at that point.

Can't see any offers coming in until there's some stability being shown in new contracts, as well as continuing ones.

will probably need some decent BoD buys too as Friday was laughable for creating enthusiasm for buying.

When it was 0.5p it was a totally different company, as is often stated here. at 0.5 is was all Sandbox. And how did that go?

in the same way that people will probably wait to see if Semnet actually happens, Bake has delivered... something, though remains to be seen if the revenue from both is mutliplied. if it just stays the same then... but at least it's a deal that's actually completed... Easysend and Bonfirepay has been tiresome for its silence.

still, optimistic that the buys will start coming in this week... but be relieved to see some company support instead of pi's having to supply unverifiable information.

Looking like some of the evidence of revenue is matching the sentiment of lthers. be nice to see it verified by company (still don't see why they don't just put a daily figure in their twitter feed) but, as long as it continues to rise then i can see 1.58 being good support for more interest from now. only a week to March so won't be surprised to see new money coming to the share as the days pass. as long as there's no pivot and, suddenly, Easy send isn't, Bonfirepay is a damp squib and all the expectations just fall off the conversation, like sandbox has, be nice to see some flames out the back of those rockets.

and, before someone says 'talking own book', yes, i think Friday close was as low as the sp gets, so bought back my shares from earlier sells. With a 17% discount on even the miserable 1.9p wrap offer, thee sp is looking as cheap as it'll get. so, guess we'll see if there's any new interest in the share.

oh, and just filter the posters you don't like, don't take out your frustration on the bb and it's miserably damaging to the psyche to see such awful insults thrown about so casually.

Lonfell, no posts where someone is called 'mug' for buying at 2p and then waiting to see if it hits 1.5 is worth reading. everything has already been said, 10,000 times. what is laughable is how those with a more... critical view of the current situation is considered a liar or idiot but the 2billion share holders who watched 3.6 slips between their hands (me included) and now tries to scrape pennies together for a 1.58 buy somehow think of themselve as heroic and 'in the now'!

In fact, it was 'investing' as a tactic, that has been the drag on trading. it's tied up cash, dipped it by 30% and contrained my usual practices.

there's a reason CAKE was a cheap buy. i get being selective to paint the best pic but if you can't accept that those figures are largely irrelevant then what are you making your predictions on, as i'm still looking at the revenue and not seeing the stellar rise people here are predicting. those rockets are still sputtering on the launchpad.
