You can't just say 'i trust the Bod' if they decide not to go ahead with it, unless there's a bloody good explanation and alternative to whatever it is that made it attractive in the first place!

they've issed two rns' on its acquisition. if they now say it's not happening then, while you can say 'it wasn't appropriate anymore' that news will cast doubt on any expected/anticipated news they've promoted. what would that say about Bonfirepay, Semnet IPO?

without a great explanation, it would damage the sp and would throw doubt on the BoD's abilities unless they simultaneously state that revenue is up another 9fold and profit is now in the low £millions.

Lonfell, all that is true. it's putting numbers and limits on what Sidara and BoD/iis are willing to consider where the fine art of investing is (and certainly not saying i have a clue, beyond more than current sp).

only backstop i have is if Sidara offer isn't attractive (or fails to materialise) then Sidara interest will help in pushing up the value of the funding #WG are pencilling in to go it alone...

you can't just dismiss pr as being 'nonsense' merely because this BoD don't engage. it's just not hard for a new director of BAKE to do a 5min interview. doesn't take much more effort than posting on linkedin!

all i'm saying is being solely a lth and just riding the rapids of rises and falls doesn't allow for folk to take advantage of, for example, the 1.93 > 1.64 dip from last week. you can hold AND still engage in trading. it's not an all or nothing challenge!

Right now, your fundamentals don't align with the sp. traders aren't 'forced' to sell in a day, they sell on profit. and they also sell on rises unsupported (they hope) by news.

while it's true that the integration news can arrive at any time, and same with Easysend, the fact that they gave themsevles 12months to complete Easysend part-acquisition then gave themselves another 5 months makes holders un'easy'. there's already been discussion here about whether Easysend is now even going to happen. that's because there's no info to support the completion... no pics of handshakes or linedin 'rockets'. speaking of which... no further linkedin 'boosters' to support the likes???

even now, the sp will need to rise by... 120% (?) to reach the ramped herd euphoria of Jan.

Not a noob, just someone who swallowed all the posts and actually thought the volume of posts meant they were all 'informed' and thought a quick buy here would turn into a 300% profit by the afternoon!

... the main issue is that there is no pr, no intra rns news, no verifiable numbers, other than erratic third party volumes, no updates on any of the pillars so holders sell for short term gains.

no interviews in 3 years would make you think we didn't have an internet. i suspect even if we only had arpanet interviews, podcasts, tweets, facebook updates and all the other etceteras would be required for a company that exists on a growing client base that is people like us. even if it was just corporate clients then i'd expect to see advertising showcasing the product.

it's made that Bake, a company that was on its knees when bought out, still does more pr than the parent company!

No doubt those ii's are doing it daily. 5 -10% daily, in either direction makes for good lunch money. if you're holding/trading sbing a couple of million shares makes for some nice 'ticking over' profits.

if you've held since 3.6 and are still holding at 1.7 then i doubt more sells (which, incidentally, are still happening) would mkae much difference. in fact, a dip back to 1.5 would probably create some upside to follow. so... 'hey, #massi'. want to give new buyers the chance to buy some cheaper shares?'

There are 2.2 billion shares out there. your wold is very small if your only concern is if 'massi' sells.

and what is the point that's actually bening made? that noone should criticise the share in case massive takes umbrage and 'sabotages' the company???

that's the trouble with this bb... it thinks it repesents all 2.2billion shares. who holds, buys or sells here, as everyone keeps saying, is immaterial. so... not sure what actual point you're making?

Rabbit, as everyone here says, it doesn't matter if there are big sells unless one is hoping to add again and i've done my buying. i doubt even 15mill would drop the sp below 1.56, which was my last add.

bt be my guest... admittedly, there hasn't been a day with 30million traded in a day so it'd pobably put a dent in the sp... but that's assuming there's a market for that many shares to be dumped and it'd have to be a hell of a low price as, atm, there's no interest in the sp.

but give it a go... i'll tell you if i'm moved.

They're just the lines that are posted most days to explain why the share isn't 5p yet...

Buying AND selling means you can sell (obviously) as the sp rises and also collect on a short when dropping. it's a good way of balancing one's position on a volatile share... they're not like pi's where they only hold with one belief, that it's going to double or rise... they don't need to.
