In that case, beyond knowing it's been resolved... how are we going to know the extent of the recovery of funds or even if it was successful, as that will indicate the extent of the... whatever term they'll use instead of theft or fraud?

All fair points... what i WILL say that is a positive is that (at least until the Semnet arbitration comes out as a positive) the sp is v v v cheap compared to the price prior to the bitcoin placing and cheap even if you include it!

so the Semnet arbitration (which isn't in court) really should have a running commentary, imo... and i still say posting questions to the BoD on linkedin, so it's visible to his peers will likely get a response of some kind (i assume one can't be blocked on linkedin)
