The latest Investing Matters Podcast episode featuring financial educator and author Jared Dillian has been released. Listen here.
Dundas was the gem and turn out to be the ugly duck? I’m not convinced, sorry. Still think it’s not correctly evaluated and most likely it’s a fishy move. If 2 studies show different results…which one you are going to give credit?
Disko is a hope. Hope don’t feed the people but…
The other assets are just a joke. Valuations without any clear idea of what’s under the soil. Better to get a guy and stick and request a survey report by the end.
Points:
- junior minings companies are bets
- but BOA are executives that should deliver honesty, transparency and produce regular information.
- I prefer honesty to delusional information.
- I prefer a longer timeline of execution with feasible milestones instead of constant missing outs.
- I prefer communication to BOA that live in a bunker and that sweat to find another dumb junior mining company to sell a Eldorado concession.
This is called being competent and professional. Last minute share placement dumping SP is just a fine way to short positions and to hurt the other shareholders. In my case, the millions shares I have don’t make a difference…but this is not the case for everyone.
I regret the investment just because of the BOA behavior. Nothing else.
Facts:
- Bad asset management. I am not un despair. But upset that capital is always raised dumping sharesbat a price that makes the SP to colapse. This is a criminal act, destroying others wealth. Without warning, 3x in the last year or so. This is clearly a way to benefit shorters.
- Asset management. Horrible. Jay looks like beggars to Kobold, which does not even promounce 1 word about it. Dundas looks like an Eiffel tower sold to some rich peasant in the Mongolia countryside as an investment. Who will want something worthless...to build a casino or a Tesla gigafactory there?
- The other assets...? All mining market is in ressession...best time to invest...but where? Is there one single asset that is clearly studied and attractive? Any?
I have patience but this drop was a nail in the coffin of any of those BOA. Insider business... Operational costs...joke.
- Explain me how you burn 1 million in one year with zero technical production. Yes...life in the bunker. RE was referring to the collapse of the Reich for sure in Berlin...Gosh.
Dumb duck stories when dilution dilacerates many others savings. To pay basic operational BS ans salary. Inside shorts ****** all shareholders except those close to the Board. Third share placement, third dilution, scumbag level management. Many know how this is going to end. Completely abnoxious behavior. This chat is full of pump and dump. Not a single honest and transparent project. Vomit.
Ahahah...predictable. Dilution and cash for KFC. How much cash in the box? Zero. Even Shackleton had better backup to go to South Pole.
Scenarios in the next 6 months.
1- no one wants Jay assets, Disko is a no for Kobold, Jay is done.
2- Kobold drills Disko. Needs another 6 months analysing the samples. 2024 ends, we keep chatting about hope, SP 0.25.
3- for some unknown reason, Jay is able to sell some assets. A clever management would retain some royalties over the assets but its not the case. Company survives a couple years more but is hostage of Disko Norilsk dellusional idea.
4- someone consider the need fot more capital to pay "staples and stacionaryin the iffice", further dilution...
5- RIO gets Duskas and discovers, using proper prospection devices, a Norilsk size reserve of critical minerals.
...
Hello fellas from the retirement loft.
News:
- people are selling JAY. Quite curious people are also buying JAY.
- JAY has geologists! What are they doing then?
- the new Junghtrufheurk asset seem very promising and promises to be a new Norilsk…ok…I’m just being creative and sarcastic.
- JAY is going to produce a report next week. It will confirm that Greenland has sand and rocks, some harder than others and that the local fish diet is good to lower cholesterol. Board thinks about investing in the fish market, this could be the next Terra Nova cod rush.
- JAY board meets for the 19th time, without clear conclusions. Someone suggests play Monopoly, coffee is ordered and a couple of beers and an enjoyable afternoon is spent at headquarters. An order to vacate the headquarters arrived since rent is delayed 3 months. Alternative is a riverboat, idea enthusiastically accepted by all.
- shareholders continue to daydream about gold nuggets in Dundas, Kobold as King Arthur and some Inuit start selling Dundas beach fishbone as souvenir to JAY shareholders.
- in Finland a farmer confirm that saw months ago strang people with some wooden sticks and doing ritual dances around rocks during the sunrise. Some months after a major mining company leaves a JV related to the same place.
- Trump gets a call from a well connected source, in facto the owner of the only pawnshop in Quequertarsuaq, and is going to use Disko as the reason way he will make America great again. He offers a huge sum to Denmark but Inuit parliament shoves is offers in the hole of a sea lion with hemorrhoids.
- Finally, something good happen in JAY stock. The stock price is not falling 20% per month and some shareholders rejoice that there is days JAY goes up even 8%.
All be good. GLA.
Name some buyers?
All will ask "why are you selling?", "because we ne need cash". "why dont you dont mine then?"."the assset, is it good?"..."we dont know but there no influencers there and the parking slots are free".
Jay must:
- deliver a plan and deadlines
- report estimated/expected value of each asset
- publish surveys and reports of each asset
- clarifies mid and long term role for JAY: JV, miner or royaltie-based company.
- role of BOS and his salary, salary of director board and future oprions.
- anybsales should be also with shareholder approval. Dundas i won't give up, I request a independent surgey. The other assets I will pass.
- Disko needs to be clarified asap.
Disko book value 9m. Kobold drill 11m. Am i missing something?
logical process...ifDisko was an extraordinary whatever...wouldnt Kobold exlress excitement and proactive planning?...
what happens if noting happens until June 2024?...
Dundas again.

Your hear after minute 9.30 and you become more than preplexed.
Is there any imparcial evaluation about Dundas? Any certified report? Am I only one thinking that Dundas is a embroglio and a cat with the tail out?
I am not comfortable with this suddwn strategy started with RE. Seems Dundas was supposed to be used as part of a deal to inject cash on JAY even at a loss...
Jimbolina, finally someone wakesup for Dundas. I thnk is a cheap trade to benefit some fishy high yield business. I don't buy verbal unsupportaded allegation about Dundas when all RE steategy was a fail...
Good 2024 to all.
Shareholders are suppose to wait for board and company to deliver income and value.
JAY assets can have 2 types of valuation. Real or speculative. With prospection and drilling we achive a perspective of profit or not.
Again, I think Dundas is correctly studied, at least i didnt came across a definitive and convincing report, enough to gave up on this asset.
About the other assets, valuation can be achieved by extrapolation of surrounding explorations.Still...space to speculate.
As we saw, deadlines are meaningless. As soon something pops up, big brothers will come with millions. JAY has no struture to go by itself on exploration.
A royaltie based company or JV with clear contracts where shareholders are treated as a part of the deal and not sitting ducks. Many decisions look like they are decided in a pub table and tens thousand of pounds are not peanut.
GLA.
I dont want personal blabla.
You have assets. if you sell them you need to explain why. Not profitable? Not up to expectations?...Why anyone will buy it then?
I keep emphasizing Dundas...
Hemo, Greenland is a great mining field. But a serious board is important. Snake oil sellers, thanks...i pass. In the last few years JAY shareholders deserved a better management... right?
1- we dont have any reference to value any of the assets at the moment.
2- JAY has no power to explore any of the assets.
3- partnership for assets with proven mining potential would be an option. Most likely, JAY could become a royalty based company, no shame, actually a very nice option.
4- no matter the director board, strategy and shareholder communication is missing. Or obscure.
5- I never saw the final report about Dundas. And I still believe Dundas opt out, decided by someone that failed in all aspects, is highly strange. All of a sudden Dundas is cleared from the map? "Strategic decision"?
6- All other asset are being valuated by guessing. Did any geologist checked the GEUS surveys and publications since 1990's? Magmatic soils are impredictable...from diamonds to rare metals...is there any geologist in the shareholder chat?
7- in case, by chance, a Norilsk like finding happen in the future, what are the chances of JAY to resist to a buyout? JAY now is peanuts for big miners...right?
8- Kobold will do whatever they want...they have other pipeline of income...if they find out that 11.3m drilling is just trow money in the fire...they just won't do it...and then...what's left?
9- ANGLO also got Disko licenses...any feedback about their drilling?
Apologize my questions. Inside information is zero. But insider interest on JAY is zero...or almost zero. Other than Kobold strategy I dont see any other thing left...I would consider highly admirable if board just gave up on salaries and got a future reward based on the revenue of JAY assets...that would be, by now, the biggest sign of confidence of JAY's future.
PS. still holding, not selling
Ashton…Muppet Show is not an insult btw. I will pass and not consider it personal too.
Anyway…2years ago we were talking about big plans for Finland, Dundas…Disko was just one of the Greenland assets.
And now we consider ok…JAY reduced to just 49% of a JV? Well…anyway JAY doesn’t have power to contract any manpower or manage machinery essential for independent mining.
Unspoken truth is that I feel Norilsk cheap talk made many to embrace a foggy project. Bo was an artist. In fact if he has inside knowledge from his work in GEUS, probably he read the wrong reports.
Check the trail of so many companies around BS in the UK companies database. Do your DD. Kobold in fact was the only reason for jumping in. Actually even Trump was almost convinced about this…he wanted to buy Greenland…remember…Denmark showed the middle finger…
Now…waiting for the alignment of the stars…maybe a miracle…maybe the rabbit gets out the hat in the next few months…maybe…but Dundas is still hard to swallow and I believe it’s fishy business. I hope I’m wrong.
Anyway…many licenses are ending 25-27.
I will post the the geo perspective for Greenland. About Bluejay I am not co cerned with the place. I am concsrned with the models. Dundas has potencial...we will see one day (sounds fishy the fact they suddenly downplayed Dundas). I am not going ro comment Finland operations... never liked RIO getting off from the process. There is other Gerenland operations that went black.
The new board should give a new update in all the licenses and processes at the moment under Jay power.
Transperancy and accountability should be cornerstone. And dont fmu...no excuses for incompetent managers. either we have something or nothing. Xonspirancy theories about Kobold is zero, niente...they have other prime pipelkne revenue projects...Norilsk Disko blabla is just blabla..Sorry forthe mispealling....my yatch is gettiing a bad tide...GLA.
I am not a bot. I would like to but…no luck.
Meanwhile, amongst all the debacle we talk about CEO position as it would be an essential thing to put this company on a logical and consistent path.
Well…even a drunk Santa would do better to be honest. And apologize me but most of the times we look more like the 2 old Guys in Muppet Show commenting about all sorts of useless stuff.
As shareholder we should be more factual and precise. For instance, what’s the sea temperature in Disko at the moment?
Anyway, salut to 2024. GLA.
I don't see KOBOLD saying a word in ages. And i would like to know what is the real thing with Finland operations. Besides, MetalOne...? And the other licenses in Greenland?...actually it became more like Greyland...
About Dundas…never read a certified report with sample mineralization description…where is that official mining report with geolocation of the samples? Should we check GEUS?
