The big lie: JAY is a mining company. Lie. JAY is a license holder that rented a couple of shovels, made a couple of holes in the ground, paid a geological survey, create a partnership with another company after luring to an huge mining asset and publish some rubbish reports replicating previous published works from GEUS and academicals.

The positive facts: none. The only possible facts for shareholders would be revenue, field work, production. There is no technical staff, the is no field works, there is no machinery. There is no timeline, just empty RNS AI-made, rhetorical interviews, market value decapitation and a shrinking company.

Get a positive fact in the last 2 years and in the next two…nothing. Just guys playing with shareholders money. And some just come to this board to soothe a reality that is inconvenient and create a fantasized universe.

Without getting into controversy, here is what can be inferred from the latest RNS:

1- KOBOLD doesn't invest a penny and still benefits from what happens in Disko. It's still a cunning strategy, but in the end, at the level of JAY's management: it's rubbish. Kobold revealed itself to be a company with a low ethical level. He let an exploration window run out and saved 11.6 M$. The strategy is protected by contract clauses but nevertheless reveals a lack of interest and little confidence in field work.

2- as I said many months ago, in 2024 there will be no prospecting.

3- I'll say more: JAY, without clear evidence of having access to good mineral reserves, or only with a blind bet from a major company, is able to advance. The best bet is to end up being a royalty company.

4- most of the license assets do not have legs to walk. JAY doesn't have a geology department, it doesn't have financial resources and it has a rotten past thanks to the fraudsters who were part of its management. Its structure does not inspire confidence among investors. The solution: sell assets and keep part of the royalties in profits.

5- JAY is at a dead end. In April 2024, it will be left without a strategy or any possible alternative other than selling or entering into partnerships as a minority.

6- There is still a remote chance that, as a result of local prospecting by third parties, JAY's licenses will become valuable. But that will only be in 2025...2030...later.

At this point JAY went into hibernation mode. It became a walking portfolio courting the most important companies in the mining industry. Ashton in this aspect knows that there is nothing to happen in this board to talk now.

All is frozen. So I think we are done for the next…12 months…or 3-4 years. Anyway…good luck all.

A. actually I considered that you were an investor. Like JAY you assume the role of a pumper transvestite as investor with wishful thinking.

As there is nobody else, you keep downplaying evidence all the time. Even when bs happen you create a new benevolent alternative for harmful actions from BOD, spread seed of doubt or possible hypothetical remote scenarios ou dig in everyone’s post to find contradictions. It seems that you are likely to be paid by BOD, you are one of them or you just play short.

I think I prefer a transparent, high blood pressure good person (a dumb altruistic in your sense) than a sarcastic con.

Condescension, denial and haughtiness create a good mix. Being dismissive adds another level of characterlessness. Some people like to feel the whip…well…

To make life easier for the BOD, I suggest the next scripts as ways to deceive investors:

- a thousand Viking ships possibly wrecked in Dundas after a storm in the year 980, carrying more than a million Kottbullar and 2 million Kanelbullar.

- discovery in Disko of magnetic signals that suggest the presence of vast quantities of white truffle in cavities 100 meters deep.

- creation of a caviar production project from cod fed with eggnog.

- discovery of a hydrothermal spring in a volcanic field with potential greater than Yellowstone and with a plan to create a bitcoin mining project.

I think it makes perfect sense to consider this scenarios.

I friend of mine lives in Usquuuard and from his cod fish boat he saw some machinery in Disko.

Geological studies were done previously. Disko and Dundas were carefully analyzed. There are reports by reliable entities ( not Bluejay). At least read the pdf of “ Lithostratigraphy, geology and geochemistry of the volcanic rocks of the Vaigat Formation on Disko and Nuussuaq, Paleocene of West Greenland”.

I always told that Dundas process was fishy. An asset that was previously well studied, since last century, eng.geus.dk/media/14398/nr174_p120-135.pdf, was dropped like a piece of garbage. Well…It won’t be the biggest ilmenite deposit in the world worth 10 trillion dollars. Like Disko is not a 1.5 trillion (Ashton don’t ask me to disclose my sources, check the documents I present here.

Assts they are valuable but they are a scam…BOD never, never completed any full mining process. They don’t know how to do it. And yes…they burned cash like white lines. Eric is useless, RM is not trustworthy and all together they look more like a mafia plan. They NEVER produce black in white good guidance, never gave any transparent info to shareholders and they back stabbed them more than once…I recall 3x.

All they do is this back and forward interview and market info that just tries to buy time. Meanwhile SP drops and they try to engage for the next plan, with a new name and diluted shareholder wealth.

I believe now that even Kobold cheap talk and AI bs is worthless. GEUS has produced investigation before, many other surveys were done and the AI Kobold is selling is as good as Colombo travel around the world(after getting many navigation charts from the Portuguese)…although himself he was a Portuguese. There is no loss without a sell. Unless company goes bankrupt. Of course this is not difficult with RM, master of disaster.

I agree that as a running-bride, they can create a new company…99% Bluejay and 1% RM limited ( who else?…) and get into the pink market to lure some investors. In my case, as long they pay my average, I would sell my 7 digit position on the moment.

Honestly, everyone should dig in the gov.uk before getting into this. I failed on this detail. Kobold was my reason to get in but they failed in their commitment.

In a JV we have been putting our pressure on JAY but Kobold has been also a lousy player. But they don’t have shareholders and for sure their investors are updated regarding strategies and else. Anyway they don’t have any obligation regarding making public any report. And we won’t get any feedback on this either because JAY requested secrecy or because results are so bad that they drop the JV and spare 11.5 million dollars on drilling just a bunch of boulders and sand.

Bottom line, Kobold was also a disappointment.

a defender must strategize without any technical substratum. One cannot resort to metaphors and word games to cover up incompetent directors linked to harmful management. responsibility and seriousness in the last 24 months? zero, nothing, absolute contempt for shareholders.

And don't remind me of prices from 2015-2018, so that just proves to me that this company is a group of crooks. Being innocent is one thing, being stupid is another. what is called a group of guys who think that changing the name of the company will solve the problem.

It's clear that Kobold seems to have discovered the mistake of having gotten involved with a bunch of scoundrels and doesn't even want to get involved.

Ashton. Thanks for indirect reply. Previous BOD did anything at all? As far I remember only dropped Dundas. About Disko, Jay is hostage of Kobold.

If I remember back in September they were in the bunker…promised something for December…failed and got kicked.

Am I too far that the strategy was to sell assets and that actually no one want this assets?

Now we have a new BOD complaining about the previous, which is is a dejá vu, and in some time will we have another BOD complaining about the same? This is quite annoying and destructive.

About puts and white dust lines, I don’t care about what any guy does in his free time. But communication is miserable here and is kept at poker table level.

We don’t talk about conspiracy theories anymore. Shareholders (except some) are kept in the dark.

Either this is a long term play for weak hands or just a Titanic sinking slowly into oblivion.

We don’t have any technical updates or any surveys or timelines made public. Nothing.

I’m not being negative. Kobold doesn’t say a word about Disko, has no staff vacancy or jobs for Greenland. Zero chances about Disko drilling. Other assets are giving more revenue and have government support, like Zambia. 2024 drilling is a delusional idea, time to move on. We are in April, this takes months to put in place and the time window in Greenland is May- September. In logistics this is impossible. Period.

The only way out is a royalty process over all assets. Except Chinese, no one showed any interest. Commodities market are waiting for EV implementation. Hybrid technology will prevail and pure EV needs an energy network that does not exist except in Europe, North America, rich Asia and Middle East. 60% of human population does not have at the moment any chance to adopt EV. Not even in the next 10 years. Energy networks do not exist in most Africa , Latin America, most Asia in order to support that.

About Jay…Greenland is a hidden gem. Quite rich. Like northern Canada. Not so easy for field work. But with planning, things can move ahead. Not with JAY. JAY at the moment is an office with some administrative workers, a bunch of licenses and BOD.
