I think you have to consider listing fees / legal representation / board renumeration.

i know for a fact that listing costs circa 15/25k a month ,,,

i am sure there is news to come certainly looks like a new phase of business is coming here.

Looking at todays RNS , it would appear that the deal is in its " Final Stages" and probably would complete int he next 24hrs ,

a new uranium licence has also been purchased which will probably sit in the vehicle , it already has some extensive resources for the $ to extract straight away !! ( hopefully)

A comprehensive update, a fully funded play in Canada with $10m in the bank :) which is pleasing , should bolster the asset book significantly !

Marc simply stated a fact , that is all , the RNS mentioned previous samples which fell inline along with estimates , also the spotty gold in-between the two claims they are looking at is not part of the area being tested.

anyways the $200k coming in will be a great help, should the results be significant there could be a nice uptick. they would not allocate 200k if there was not progress or merit.

Hi All , looking at my broker screen its showing there has been some off book selling , its pretty obvious seeing that the price dropped progressively this week on very little price action and some 150+ trades .

I anticipate over the next few trading sessions this will re-rating back over 30+ - I cant see why it wouldn't with the recent results that have been RNS'd along compounded with the information that's been shared below.

Is that the total amount of shares or just the placing amount ?

? there are a few convertables out there now , one to EHGO and the other to Arch and now this aswell .

It clearly states that "in consideration for the waiver" so this is a payment from Iconic to Arch in shares for not raising a default and extending the term so the RTo can continue. if they are in form of a convertable , they are probably on the same terms as the other CLN;s...

The question here to be asked is , how many shares will come to market AND what is the Mcap of the ITS when the RTO is completed. atleast with that info you can begin to gage the SP (approximatly)

AMAK certainly a big player. Last quarter their turnover was £40,000,000+ and their quarterly net profit was circa £12,500,000. I think the market cap of AMAK is around £1.2billion.
