We are currently in a limbo state between positive news and the actual results .

The drilling has gone well from what we are told and the cores look to be showing “signs”

Fingers crossed we can get an update soon.

I put the images through chatGPT especially from hemlo , it did confirm veins are present , this is great news , hopefully more hole sample show similar patterns , They are probably achieving 50/100m a hole , hopefully we intercept a system and further indicators.

Certainly , if there are items of interest , there would be multiple drilling in the target areas.

They show veins and mineralisation, it’s an indication of potential underground systems :) .. which generally means deposits of minerals !

This is good news imo - they have a drilling plan . And cash to drill asap , I don’t think they will be hanging around !

Morning — it’s a half-year report, so it needs to follow a set structure to comply with LSE requirements. A lot has happened over the past six months. Regarding the asset sale, it is still in progress. There have also been a significant number of updates.

The votes on the AGM clearly show that the Administrator are onboard with the company ~ after the 79th situation !

Who goes into admin - I’m talking about who takes 79th shares …

Not true - they wouldn’t take .15

if the shares are trading freely at 1.50…

Any takeover bid would be subject to the administrators valuation it would be high atleast 75% of resealable value …

It will be one of two factors , current value of the shares/mcap…

And then it would have to meet the closing requirement's and if the party can progress…

In all honesty I doubt there would be a discount unless it’s done in blocks ..

Also the party would have to demonstrate their intention and plans with the shares / hold /flip etc ..

When taking large blocks of shares the buy will have to meet FCA requirements , after all it’s a listed entity and it’s not as straightforward as to just “buy”

Ramped ? Don’t know if you’d noticed we are in the opposite direction!!

Also there are many departments that needed to pass the deal , takeover panel being one , fca looking at the prospectus also .

Everything stacked up. Due dil had been carried out for that very reason. Not forgetting the 79th were already invested with previous projects.
