You're not wrong, and I very much welcome this discussion as helps so many PI, like myself make a better informed decision.
I know the II's won't be selling immediately, just PI ones. But as you rightly stated, all we can do is wait and see.

One thing I am little worried regarding constant fixating on the Nasdaq/IPO date is that if there is any delays, there might be some panic sales, dropping the SP for nothing.
I know you guys are experienced, and will hodl, and even top up as usual, but many panicky-boo PI around who will start their usual panic sale.
Saying that, i am also very excited for the Nasdaq listing! Argo deserves a better exposure ... Want that £10/$10 per share hehe

You'll have to submit a W-8Ben form before being able to trade US shares. Check if your broker trade US shares first, then look for that form to fill and submit.
I use Barclays, HL and AJ Bell. I can buy US, incl Nasdaq, shares in all, except barclays(no idea if they changed now as tried early this year).

Won't be surprised that people are selling off to short it, and to buy back at lower, as it's anticipated to rise around 5pm ... Myself just bought abt $50 in btc at £50,500 only to see it drop further to £49k mins later ... Some of my colleagues are panicking here and wanted to sell their btc, but told them to wait and BUY instead ...

Can the broker lend out your shares without your permission? I remember seeing, on one of the broker(forgot which one), a form formally asking your permission to lend out your shares, for a % return.
