Well i would have to take umbrage with mryfronts and neverbeenalancerman to a degree. In literal terms the dfs is not proving up resources the same way as a drilling and sampling program would that is correct,HOWEVER......If the potential buyer has set the dfs as a good enough " rule of thumb" for them to move forward with the buyout AND given any purchase price is likely to be 5% of the conservative in ground resources max, this may be adequate for them going forward!! In other words IF this was a buyers stipulation it is FAR FAR FAR from a waste of money, in fact it could be the best EVER single piece of expediture in the history of EUR.........

Lets call it a guess i think their usd mcap is over $5 bil so 5 billion for eurasia is 10% dilution plus a little extra for the MM's so yeah i think a $5 bil offer done through rights issue would drop their sp by 15% and it would recover in under 3 months ??? they rich basically lol
