at no point has there been nt to sell ALL DAY ! On five or six occasions there has bben nt to buy !! So logic sould dictate that there has occasionally been a shortage for the MM ( manic manipulators ) to sell to you but not once has there been a shortage or unwillingness to buy ! I repeat many nt to buy never refused a dummy sale large sell btw and ive done it twenty times or more ! nyud is very very due ! that ( in my view ) is the final due dil on the part of the buyer ! The price they will pay will be around 5% of assets in ground SOOOOOO their cushion or magin of error re estimates is already enourmous. That would not hold things up. The NYUD confirmation however could because they buyer probably knows beurocracy can be a biatch and best to get this rubber stamped before ex of contracts ! imho etc

Tbh cwebb07 the bod reminded the market of the price paid prior, the valuation and some rainbow chasing did the heavy lifting ?? Im guessing even the bod were surprised we went to 38p so fast !
