to be fair we haven't done 100% because a very large number of holders have been averaging down last couple of week while the news drought was in full swing ! i know i did and i reckon more than a few have off loaded a % to reduce their exposure. That may be something they regret if more news drops soon but that why the rise has been a little muted in my opinion only. bol
