I'm fed up with LSE chats being taken over with political comments (often based on prejudice)

These chats are meant to be about financial aspects of the company - making finacial comments about political policies is OK but "venting" about one or another politcal party only reduces the value of having a "chat area".

Can they reduce the dividend? I thought being a Reit commited them to a minimum percent of income (profit??) to be payed out.

Is ABRDN a takepver target?

One word - modelling - they should have scenarios of what might happen and then make decisions not just "let it all happen" they have a responsibility to shareholders to think about these things.

Is the 15p a dividend or a payment due to a capital reduction - as far as I understand a dividend may incur a tax liability but a capital reduction does not
