Hi Houseinthesun - it's quite difficult to calculate the price "post rights issue"/ "diluted price". However, stock charts used on Yahoofinance already factor this in! So, you can just look at the Yahoo chart and it is all adjusted for the rights issue already.
Also keep in mind. Im not sure whether their 350bcf is a combined amount including the methane they are drilling. In their annual report they provided a combined reservoir size which was then split up into methane and helium..
I still can't understand whether the helium they are gathering is as a by-product, or is the sole drill target. I also believe the 19 wells they are drilling next year are methane wells from what I gathered.
ritzy just remember the dilution will make it much harder to reach £7 share price!
Share price was 701.8p on the 22nd of December 2019, market cap was around £13.3bn
If we return to a market cap of £13.3bn share price only needs to reach ~ £1.60 due to the new (increased) amount of shares on the market.
To reach £7 share price without a share buy back from the company the market cap will have to increase to around £60bn, possible if we takeover the nuclear world but not just as simple as 'rebound from COVID'.

He's not done anything illegal at all to my knowledge, it's just the following of someone proven to be committing theft from a number of junior mining companies, like this may turn out, throws up red flags. I think that's reasonable.
