Lets say oil price shoots up, and the decision is made not to merge with chrysoar, is the deal for Andrew and Shearwater still on the table by way of a capital raise?
Do we have any timescales on when we will hear more about the merger and what 5.45% means to shareholders in terms of value. Surely would be in excess of 30p
Thanks Rookie, i have a small holding around 60p looking to add to it tomorro/friday. I'd happily hold to the 50/60p which i believe can be achieved in the next 12-18 months.
Rookie just out of interest how are you getting to 30p plus? Considering the SP shot up to 50p in the summer, is your valuation in the 30s aas a result of the merger? Interested in hearing your thoughts.
Happy to sit and wait 6-12 months. With a bit of luck they should be double the price they are now. There will be ups and downs in the next few months, but a good bet long term. GLA
