My current viewpoint is if you're looking for a substantial rise you'll need to wait until 2021. The vaccine could be approved this week by UK officials and there shouldn't be any major downturn if any on the prospectus which is immanent. Opec meeting today and tomorrow, hopefully they will agree on a cut. GLA
Just means a collapse in SP to under 20p possibly.
Surely they will discuss and agree on it today.
No Fear, what price do you think the prospectus will have in store for us?
Do you not know about the merger?
I'm a LTH I've been here since tangiers days. Hoping to add a few more for the rise before spud. Hopefully this time we hit the good stuff, my only concern is if the first drill is a duster will that potentially result in there being no second drill.
UK regulator set to approve Covid-19 vaccine next week according to Financial Times. We would be the first Western country to do so. Good outcome in the opec meeting and oil should be in the 50's.
They have a mcap of 60 billion???
Did you get your 5p at Halloween?
What makes you say that?
We have andypop1 on advfn boards telling everyone he expects prospectus to have a price of 10p not sure what planet that chap is on.
Sauer back in
It will go again kraken
50p would be a group value of circa 8.5 billion, I'd take that but can't see it happening for a long time.
Did you mean companies making 500 million?
Whats a bit alarming is the fact that independent analysts were valuing the group back in October around 2.7 billion. Even adding 1 billion to that gives us a SP of circa 21p, not great really. Has there been an indication from BoD what range they would expect? I understand the prospectus is out in December which will have the finer details.
Rookie just had a look at the presentation and my understanding is as follows:
If the group is valued at 5 billion, 5.45% would value PMO shareholders around 272 mill. Dividing this figure by the number of shares in issue 926 mill gives a value of circa 29p. I am of the assumption the value would now be a lot higher than October given poo is up.
I guess the biggest question is what is the group worth?? I understand LTHs frustration here as they're locked in at a lot higher prices. Considering we were at 50p prior to the SP being brought down to 15p then the deal was done, Tony has put the knife in to a degree.
Looks like this one could be a good hold for 12-18 months. Be good to hear others thoughts.
