Since the 24th April the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) have been reducing their holding from 6.02% (12,315,213) to 3.83%

(9,105,213). c3.2m shares off loaded. It's probably reasonable to assume that they are off loading the remaining c.9m shares over the next few months. I suspect this is the main reason that the share price is currently range bound around the 17p mark. Doing well to hold up considering. There must be enough willing buyers out there to support the extra supply from the EBRD.

Looks like the market price has settled at just under 9p taking into consideration exchanger rate fluctuations and fees etc.

Zinnwald is going to cost AMG c.£42m. The same market cap as EMH today. EMH being a significantly larger asset and further along the project lifecycle, it must be attracting takeover communications. Be interesting to see what the post AGM action looks like. GLA.

That’s a really low ball offer by AMG for the Zinnwald Lithium Project. Wow 🤩. 5p plus some AMG stock, making it worth c10p. Same ‘independent’ directors that did the Bacanora deal a few years ago. Makes an EMH buy out the most likely scenario here now IMHO, as the world scrambles for alternative energy solutions. Looks like AIM LTH’s are going to get shafted whilst a couple of European conglomerates AMG and CEZ run off with the majority of the spoils. Zinnwald deal to be completed in Q3 2026. I’m going to bet a few shares tomorrow that a deal will be done here by the same time period. CEZ and AMG will then start announcing plans to merge their operations.

That’s a great deal for AMG. Assume there are no LTH here that think this is still worth 20-30p. This might get a rival bid at the 5p plus some AMG shares price. Same independent directors that did the Bacanora deal. This is a really cheap buy out. Didn’t AMG buy their original stake at 10.5p a couple of years back???

These are my Fib. Price target calcs. 24.8, 36.6, 45.1, 55.6, 67.4, 86.5 and 105.7. Since 2024 c.180m of the 237m shares have been traded at below 24.8 so I anticipate a rapid rise to c.55.6. Volume in the region of 10 to 15 million shares should do it. All my own TA research, not everyone’s cup of tea and just for guidance/fun.

In layman's terms I think you are saying that the SP, from a technical perspective, is ripe for a break out above the existing SP to c.18p.

Would this put us above the Weekly 200 day WMA and would the 200 day WMA be rising at this time? We are already above the Daily 200 day WMA and this began to rise on the 28th Oct'25 for the first time, in earnest, since Aug 2021.

Interesting that we had some positive moderate volume over the last couple of weeks that pushed the SP up to c.10p and then a fall back to c.8p on negative light volume over the last few days. Be interesting to see where the SP goes from here if the DFS is published in Oct'25. Its also interesting that the Chinese, as part of a wider policy to combat deflation, are attempting to re-inflate the Lithium market price by reducing supply. Macro and micro environments are making this project more appealing IMOA. 84p in 2017, 108p in 2021, ???p in 2025?

Hasn’t the FID already been made? The EU need critical raw materials. They’ve identified this project as a critical part of their strategy. I read a project identified within the CRMA as a project that will be subsidised to produce regardless of its feasibility.

Imagine a scenario where the DFS is delivered before end of August 2025 and the EIA is delivered before the end of Nov 2025. What’s the status of the SP? Thoughts are most welcome.

This is great news. Another piece of the jigsaw falling into place. Momentum is key on projects like this. Agree that the project still needs to deliver on DFS and EIA.

A question for you Skelly85. The share price is pretty much at an all time low but is this project more or less likely to go ahead at this moment in time compared to anytime in the past?

With regards to the DFS, I think they've been working on the latest iteration since 2023. This should be a quick update to include the CRMA Strategic stuff, financing, fast track approvals etc and then it should be ready to review, assure and publish. Lets see if and when it lands. Mid 2025 is a relatively large window.

Skelly85, you are absolutely correct to criticise the communication strategy of the EMH team. I don't think an announcement was made communicating that they had successfully made an application to the CRMA last August.

As you are aware there are many reasons why, during project development, you would slow ball the production of key deliverables like the DFS and the EIA. These deliverables are so important to the next stage of a project, they are iterative in nature as constraints change and risks materialise or are mitigated. The timing of final publications is key to proceeding to the stage. My question to you is this. I appreciate what has happened in the past but given recent CRMA Strategical status, what do you think are the range of possibilities for this project in the next 12 months? Your considered opinion would be appreciated.

Volume wise, its the second highest week so far in the last 6 months. Maybe some insider trading or maybe something else........we are all waiting for the same news.

Aaargh - what do you think a successful application to the CRMA will do to the Znwd SP? It should enable fast tracking and open up finance opportunities.
