Agreed. No doubt a prerequisite by the buyer, and a most complex deal is in the making .This is understood and the delays(as annoying as they are) are to be expected. So, is it not reasonable to see this RNS as progress and as such should at least have a small positive effect, not to mention the sea of blue we see so far. This is being held down for a reason that I cannot fathom, but I believe cannot continue. lets all hope so anyway.

In total agreement. This definitely does not make sense. We have very significant news which on level ground would give a massive increase in the SP even if a sale was not in limbo, but with this beneficial conclusion lurking a significant rise would be normal.
As already said" this doesnt add up" and doubts the system yet again!!

Should be illegal. Any sizeable trade may well contribute to the thoughts of a potential buyer/seller and therefore misleading. Whilst we all accept that any AIM purchase is a gamble, lets at least have a level playing field.

Absolutely.I seldom post but infuriated that my buy of 250k shares at 14.26hrs at a cost of £59.19 shows as a sell. Whilst we have the algorithm anomalies I find this quite deceptive to others .All that we see is not as it is!!

As a previous investor in MYSQ, are your board really aware of the full history of Mr.Schaer? I believe you will find that there are many investors that would doubt the credibility of this man after being persuaded to invest millions, then all of a sudden the firm disappears and so does Mr. Schaer with our money.
I for one lost my entire life savings and pension when trusting the statements Mr. Schaer made.

I too have just emailed OMNI making them aware of Eric's dubious past and asking for my £68k back.......will I ever get a reply,probably not but the more investors that pester this company will surely prompt an enquiry into the illustrious Mr.Schaer

At least if anyone has made other gains on AIM then this loss can reduce your tax liabilities.A small consolation I know,but something.
I genuinely feel so sorry for all that have lost irrecoverable amounts on this.An RNS is meant to be gospel......but alas can still be as cunning as the amount you wish to embezzle!!

Grph stole £60k and MYSQ stole £48k. Others have lost more on this I know.Unfortunately I continued to top up believing this was my recovery method to recoup my GRPH loss.How stupid do I feel now.I have B*o*dy learnt to not trust any RNS' in future!! Should never ever be legal!!

This happened to my other hopeful GRPH earlier in the year and as investors we grouped together as suggested by one bold, heavily invested victim who volunteered.With everyones holding facts he took it to the Directors as a single creditor body which he did.After brief telephone talks and promises of a meeting nothing has progressed,and this too has dissappeared not for the want of trying.Basically, there is nothing you can do unless the Board are honest and squeeky clean to come forth and battle for survival.Neither of these qualities are usually forthcoming in such circumstance. As for me thats £108k gone this year and little left so Santa, may I have the acclaimed " Mug of the year" award please?

Is it necessary to dream on unsubstantiated fiction to not qualify as being a clown? I have held 2m shares here for over a year nursing a substantial loss,fact. I want evidence that we are in a strong position not chronological maybe's!! Not a clown just the way I see it!!

This is correct.However, at this point in time we have no solid reason to think good news is afoot!! The licence was an application not a guarantee,if it was, the share price would not be where it is.Also, what about our financial and user updates.....all very vague and there is rat odour in the air!!Its all guesswork and hope until our elusive leader decides otherwise and that may only be when he is no longer able to sustain his enormous salary.Hate so say this but the light at the end of the tunnel has just gone out!!

I believe the sp has a very very long way to go before 90% of share holders can boast a break even.This share has been dying for a year now and we have just had a "news rich month",all smoke and mirrors no hard beneficial facts to date ......amazing how us lth's hold the faith !!
