I too was getting no response from naps or algo for any updates. So I sold my shares which I held with SRS Aquiom. But am I right I still have my token agreement with Algo? as I signed the Merger Agreement before I sold my shares with srs aquiom. So I believe I still should be entitled to my tokens which I still have not received in my Pera Algo wallet

I am signing nothing and holding my shares certificate till I find out more what is happening in 2023. Seems to be a few problems with payments etc. So for me I'm just holding out for more info.

Received a letter from SRS Aquiom about transaction between algorand and napster. You think it is worth doing or just ignoring it and hold onto my shares certificate until they relist in 2023?
