An update from i3 Energy to manage the expectation of CLN holders would be good please. I’ve now lost faith in any future admission dates.

Hi all, hope everyone is keeping well? I agree with this and this is how I feel it’s going to go down: i3 anticipate they first day or trading to commence in just over 2 weeks (Friday 26th May). CLNs that Glenwick and others private placers hold will be all be converted prior to the first day of trading. (I’m glad i3 have stipulated this as having CLNs looming over a trading company is pants for existing shareholders - this is what’s stopping AST from taking off). Once GWIK actually have i3 shares, it’s then the intentions of the GWIK board for these shares to go directly to shareholders in the form of a dividend payment. (Once this part happens I’ll be happier). So the unknowns are the initial value market value of the i3 shares in relation to the 0.05p GWIK share price and when they will be distributed. (Again I’ve not get any ideas yet in my head regarding the monetary values – what will be will be). I also wish PRS shareholders all the best here and hope this bring them a) some uplift in share price and b) some faith in AVD. After reading the messages here, I get the impression Nick isn’t on everyone’s Christmas card list.

Hi all, Just a quick message to say the GWIK website has been updated. There is an i3 and Cora gold section (as a subsection to the Investing Policy). The information on i3 informs us the IPO will be complete by the 'middle of the year'. Atb, JB.

I just got lucky guys with the find (it's not like I've been checking every day hah). I actually first spotted a name change of the existing limited company today (now called I3 Energy North Sea). Was more looking to see when their year end was in all fairness. All the best, JB.

Hi all, I phoned Barclays this morning and the adviser said the GWIK stock will stay in the ISA but will just be listed at nil value. I'll keep an eye on it and will happily relay any other info i get to save everyone doing the same. I know this information goes against what others have said and thus I do understand even people who work for with a bank or stockbroker might not know the ins and outs of this sort of thing so don't quote me on this ;). It would be nice if this is true and it all stays within the ISA wrapper. All the best.

Evening all. I've read today's RNS a few times now as well as looking at the previous ones. We were of course always hopeful of the i3 IPO to have been issued as a share divided prior to cancelation for tax purposes (and of course the unknown that now presents itself to many of us on how shares are distributed and handed outside of an ISA). I'm assuming the record date isn't anything to worry about, I mean paternoster resources are getting pro-rata i3 shares via GWIK and they only subscribed in Feb '17. The thing to remember here is pretty much the full cash shell value of GWIK (so almost the full value of our shares) went to i3, so can't see anyone being excluded who invested in 2016? Atb.

I'm also feeling pretty optimistic miker and mjng. Things must be close on the i3 IPO now - still so far so good on OPEC compliance keeping the prices above $50. Ruleofthirds: I use Barclays too. I'm hoping when it happens, the i3 IPO dividend shares will just appear in my account. I think when the Gwikl shares are 'cancelled' (I.e after the 6 months), they might still sit in the ISA but be 'greyed out' if you like - however, some people more in the know have said they get moved to a standard account? I had shares in Brammer that were cancelled after they got bought out and they just sat there until the buyout was complete... they then disappeared and I had available cash to invest. Atb

My view is while i3 are still sorting things out their end, (and hence the convertible share dividend is not yet concluded with GWIK) I don't think the professional GWIK BOD we have will announce or mix in anything regarding an RTO even if they had something lined up. I just feel this whole process needs to be very linear, almost like buying a house and being in an onward chain. Next step is for i3 to announce their IPO - hopefully soon.

Hi all, first post here and I hope you are all well. I've been reading this forum for a while now as a holder of this stock and will continue to hold to see it play out. I would say the RNS this morning is to entice last minute investors while locking in the long termers. This week should be interesting to see where the sp lands. I have confidence in the BoD to produce a good result. All the best.
