Price hovering around yesterdays close or slightly down on the day, you would think it had doubled the way some are reacting on here. The old faithful getting sucked in for yet more punishment.

Still here, scratching my head at everyone getting so excited about the share price spiking to the dizzy heights of 32p. If it got to 36p well that would be a different story :-)

We all make mistakes jonny5. Buying Footasylum shares in September was one of mine. Hopefully others won't be so foolish to rush in.

More worrying news Time2Buy, thanks for highlighting what should be a warning to any would be investors. Retail sales up for August but Footasylum previously report disappointing sales for the same period. Where are they going wrong compared to others? Not looking good.

Down down she goes, slowly sinking into oblivion.

If none of the bigger players out there are hoovering the shares up at this price (to make themselves a huge return by Christmas when everything in the garden will be rosy again :-)) that alone tells you all you need to know.

Good post there threeputt, very informative. I certainly won't be buying any further stock in this one that's for sure.

HeresHopin - it was 5 I had from June to August but since the price has halved again I now have 10. Can you still afford to buy me out big bollocks ;-)

3rd Sept was actually the date I said I wouldn't touch this share with a bargepole right now and subsequently it has dropped by a further 25% but hey DYOR what do I know :-)

The more time I have to go through their annual report, the more concerned I am about the long term proability of the company. Seems like a lot of money is going into the families pockets whether you work for the company or not.

For transparency I am currently invested here but looking to get out if it gets above 36p.

Barry Bown got put on gardening leave from JD back in 2014, the terms and conditions of which they had being trying to agree quite a long time prior to that. The retail world has changed a lot in that time, is he really the messiah that certain people are making him out to be?

Can you expand on why you feel it will rise 50-60% in a week or so, what have you heard?. I'm not sure whether to order a Porsche or a Ferrari based on your knowledge.

KEWJOSH so your big bad local supermarket is selling goods like there is no tomorrow and your wee corner shop is finding things challenging over the same period, you really think that is a good thing. Next you will be telling me you bought these shares at 80p plus. Good luck buddy you are going to need it.

KEWJOSH - No I don't see them as a positive. Shows that whilst others are going from strength to strength and riding the storm FOOT are not. That needs to change quickly or JD will be buying this mob for a £1. That's a £1 in total not per share.
